On the other hand, the threading device for threading the needle hole of the sewing needle is separate and independent from the thread winding, as shown in FIGS. 11 to 14 and US Pat. No. 2,679,959, for example.
Three types can be said to be representative. That is, part 1
As shown in Figures 11 and 12, the
Two thin tubes are connected at right angles on the tapered side, and by inserting a sewing needle into one of the thin tubes from the head side and inserting the thread into the other thin tube from the end, the sewing needle is inserted into the tapered hole. Thread with a sewing needle can be obtained by passing the thread through the needle hole and then pulling out the sewing needle by holding the needle tip.

In addition, threading tools are limited by cost.
There are few complicated and large ones as described in the above-mentioned US Pat. No. 2,679,959, and generally there are simple and small ones as shown in FIGS. 11 to 14. Therefore, many threading tools are easily lost and break easily.

Furthermore, since the threading tool passes the thread through the needle hole of the sewing needle in its tapered hole or ring, the thread with the sewing needle taken out from the threading tool has a threading tool between it and the spool. The thread is still threaded, and the threader cannot be removed unless the thread is cut. Therefore, sewing cannot be performed with the thread connected to the spool, and for example, when sewing a long item and requiring a long thread, it is necessary to pass the thread through the sewing needle many times.

Moreover, in all of the threading tools mentioned above, the sewing needle is inserted into and taken out of the threading tool by photographing the needle tip.
The needle tip or the entire needle protrudes or is exposed from the threading tool. As a result, the person threading the needle and those around them could be injured by the needle tip.

The present invention is an attempt to solve the problems of the conventional thread winding and threading tools mentioned above. In other words, the purpose of the present invention is to ensure that the threading tool is always with the spool of thread so that it is not lost when needed, that the threading tool is durable and does not break easily, and that the threading tool is durable and does not break easily. We have developed a spool with a threading section that allows you to easily and quickly remove the thread from the threading tool, allows you to sew with the thread connected to the spool, and is safe because the needle tip does not protrude during threading. The purpose is to provide the product without increasing the cost compared to thread-wrapped products.

The sewing needle guide hole 5 is formed by forming a tapered guide groove 13 on the thread winding main body 1 and forming a curved tapered cover 14 on the movable auxiliary part 2, as shown in the illustrated example. 14, sewing needle guide hole 5
All you have to do is configure. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and the sewing needle guide hole 5 may be formed integrally with the thread winding main body 1 as shown in FIGS. 7 and 8, for example. Further, the cross-sectional shape of the hole 5 does not necessarily have to be a perfect circle.

The needle hole positioning hole 8 is used to align the direction of the needle hole 15 of the sewing needle 6 with the thread insertion hole 10.
The distal end portion 9 has a flat shape that can be engaged with while restricting the flat head portion 7 of the needle, and is formed at a depth that aligns the position of the needle hole 6 with the thread insertion hole 10. Further, the needle hole positioning hole 8 communicates with the sewing needle guide hole 5, and the center lines L of both holes 5 and 8 are made to coincide with each other.

The thread insertion hole 10 is formed perpendicular to the needle hole positioning hole 8 as described above. Further, as described above, the position of the center line l of the through hole 10 is determined when the direction of the needle hole 15 of the sewing needle 6 is determined within the needle hole positioning hole 8, and when the flat head 7 tip of the sewing needle 6 is locked. This is the position that coincides with the center line of the needle hole 15.
In order to open the thread insertion hole 10 for taking out the thread 11 inserted through the thread insertion hole 10, the thread insertion hole 10 is provided near the end surfaces 3 and 4 of the thread winding main body 1 and the movable auxiliary part 2 so as to straddle both. A semi-tapered hole is formed which is bisected by a plane passing through the center line l of the through hole 10, and when the main part 1 of the thread winding and the movable auxiliary part 2 are brought together and both end surfaces 3 and 4 are brought into contact with each other,
The through hole 10 is formed.

When the thread 11 is not passed through the thread threading tool B of the thread winder A of the present invention, the thread winding main body 1 and the movable auxiliary part 2 of the thread threading tool B are kept in a state where both end surfaces 3 and 4 are in contact with each other. (See Figure 3). In this state, the spool A of the present invention is no different from a conventional spool around which a thread is wound.

Next, with the threading tool B of the spool A of the present invention,
When threading the thread 11 through the sewing needle 6, the thread spool A is held with the sewing needle guide hole 5 of the threading tool B open at the top, as shown in FIG. Then, the sewing needle 6 is inserted into the sewing needle guide hole 5 from the side of the flat head 7 where the needle hole 15 is located.

Since the sewing needle guide hole 5 is tapered, the inserted sewing needle 6 comes to be on the center line L of the hole 5 as it goes further forward (downward in the figure). Subsequently, the flat head 7 of the sewing needle 6 enters the needle hole positioning hole 8 which communicates with the sewing needle guide hole 5. Since the needle hole positioning hole 8 is flat, the direction of the sewing needle 6 is regulated so that the flat head 7 fits into the flat hole 8, and the direction of the needle hole 15 is regulated so that the needle hole 15 is aligned with the thread insertion hole. It is matched with hole 10. At the same time, the tip of the flat head 7 of the sewing needle 6 is locked at the tip 9 of the hole 8, and the needle hole 15 is exactly aligned with the thread insertion hole 10.

Next, the thread 11 wound around the thread-wound body 1 is slightly unwound, and its tip is inserted through the thread insertion hole 10 on the side. Since the through hole 10 is also a tapered hole,
The tip of the thread 11 comes to lie on the center line l of the through hole 10 as it goes deeper. The through hole 10 communicates orthogonally with the needle hole positioning hole 8, and the needle hole 15 of the previously inserted sewing needle 6 is located on the center line l of the through hole 10, so that the thread 1
1 is fed further, the tip of the thread 11 passes through the needle hole 15. Therefore, the tip of the thread 11 that has passed through the needle hole 15 and exited on the opposite side can be pulled out.

After that, it is necessary to take out the sewing needle 6 with the thread 11 attached, in other words, the thread 11 with the sewing needle 6 attached, from the threading tool B, but in the present invention, the movable auxiliary piece 2 is partially detached from the thread winding main body 1. , the thread insertion hole 10 and the needle hole positioning hole 8 may be opened.

That is, in the embodiment shown in FIGS. 1 to 6, as shown in FIG. , the needle hole positioning hole 8 and the thread insertion hole 10 below the sewing needle guide hole 5 may be opened. As a result, the sewing needle 6 falls downward from the flat head 7, but at the same time, the thread 11 that was in the thread insertion hole 10 also falls out of the thread insertion hole 10.
Since 0 is divided, we will get out from there. Now, the sewing needle 6 with the thread 11 attached thereto, in other words, the thread 11 attached with the sewing needle 6 is completely separated from the threading tool B. Also in the embodiments shown in FIGS. 7 and 8, the movable auxiliary part 2 may be rotated about the short shaft 12 to open it in the same manner as described above, and the sewing needle 6 and thread 11 may be taken out downward. Furthermore, in the embodiment shown in FIGS. 9 and 10, by sliding the movable auxiliary part 2 laterally, the needle hole positioning hole 8 and the thread insertion hole 10 are similarly opened, and the sewing needle can be inserted therethrough. Then, the thread 11 can be taken out downward.

Thereafter, the thread 11 passed through the sewing needle 6 may be cut to the required length between the thread spool A and the thread spool A, or, for example, when sewing a long item, a long thread connected to the thread spool A may be used. 11 may be used as is.

a With the present invention, there is no possibility of losing sight of the threading tool when needed or losing it. In other words, conventional threading tools were stand-alone devices, and due to cost considerations, only small ones could be made, so it was difficult to find the threading tool when needed.
Sometimes I lost it. However, in the present invention, the thread threading tool is integrally molded on the spool. Therefore, the threading tool is always with the thread spool, and whenever it is necessary to thread the sewing needle, the threading tool is always at hand. Moreover, since the threading tool is included with the thread winder, there is no need to lose the small threading tool unlike in the past.

b With the present invention, it is possible to make a threading tool that is inexpensive and unbreakable. That is, conventional threading tools could not be made very durable due to cost considerations. As a result, most of them were fragile and lacked durability. However, in the present invention, the threading tool is molded integrally with the thread spool, so unlike the conventional method of manufacturing a separate threading tool while keeping costs in mind, it is possible to manufacture a durable item at a relatively low cost. become able to.

c After threading the sewing needle with the threading tool of the present invention, the sewing needle with the thread attached, in other words, the thread with the sewing needle attached can be easily and quickly taken out from the threading tool with one action, and the thread from the spool can be removed midway. Since you don't have to cut it, you can sew long items. That is, in the conventional threading tool, when a thread is passed through a needle hole and the threaded sewing needle is pulled out, the threading tool remains passed between the thread and the spool. Therefore, the threading device is usually removed from the end of the thread by cutting the thread near the spool. However, this method does not allow long threads to be obtained and requires sewing with short threads, so when sewing long items, it is necessary to thread the thread through the sewing needle many times.

In contrast, in the present invention, the thread insertion hole in the thread winder is divided along a plane passing through its center line, and is composed of a thread winder main body and a movable auxiliary part that can come into contact with and separate from each other at the end faces. Therefore, after threading the sewing needle, simply by rotating or sliding the movable auxiliary part, the needle hole positioning hole and thread insertion hole below the sewing needle guide hole are opened. The sewing needle can be lowered from there, and the thread in the thread insertion hole can also be immediately taken out from there. Therefore, in other words, the sewing needle with the thread attached thereto is completely separated from the threading tool, the thread is directly connected to the thread spool, and there is no threading tool between the thread spool and the thread spool.
Therefore, the thread can be cut to the required length and used, or when sewing long items, the thread can be used while connected to the spool.

d According to the present invention, there is no possibility of injury at the needle tip when threading. That is, in all conventional threading tools, the needle tip or the entire needle inserted for threading is exposed. This is because the sewing needle is inserted into or pulled out from the threading tool by holding the needle tip, but the person threading the needle with the needle tip or those around them may be injured.

However, in the present invention, since the thread threading tool is formed on the spool, the sewing needle guide hole can be formed to be longer than the length of the sewing needle, so that the tip of the sewing needle can be prevented from protruding. Further, after threading the sewing needle, simply by rotating or sliding the movable auxiliary part, the sewing needle comes out with the flat head first, and at the same time, the thread is also removed from the threading tool. Therefore, it is only necessary to pick out the sewing needle that comes out of the flat head, and unlike conventional sewing machines, it is possible to eliminate injury from the needle tip when threading.
