Abstract

PURPOSE:To cut off the heat from a fluorescent light, reduce the interior refrigerater operation rate, and save energy by forming the peripheral plane of the protecting cover of the fluorescent lamp with a transparent heat ray reflecting material. 〔発明の目的〕 展示するショーケースに関する。 (従来の技術) 例えば清涼飲料水等の冷蔵商品を収納、展示する冷蔵シ
ョーケースにおいては、庫内に商品照射用の蛍光灯を備
えている。そして、この蛍光灯を透視体からなる保護カ
バーで覆い、商品の出入れ時等に蛍光灯を破損から保護
するようになっている。 (発明が解決しようとする課題) しかしながら、前記保護カバーは透視体から形成されて
いるため、蛍光灯が発生する光を通し易いが、熱も通し
易く、蛍光灯による庫内への熱リークが多いという欠点
があった。そのため、庫内温度が高められ、庫内温度の
低下速度(プルダウンスピード)が遅くなる問題があっ
た。また、庫内冷蔵運転率が高く、多くのエネルギを消
費していた。さらに、保護カバー内の熱が庫内に逃げる
ため、蛍光灯が低温にさらされ、よって蛍光灯の点灯効
率が低下し、蛍光灯が暗くなる間通もあった。 この発明は前記事情に着目してなされたもので、その目
的とするところは、蛍光灯による庫内への熱リークを少
なくし、プルダウンスピードを早めることができるとと
もに、省エネルギ化が図れ、さらに蛍光灯を明るくする
ことができるショーケースを提供することにある。 〔発明の構成〕 (課題を解決するための手段) 前記目的を達成するために、この発明は保護カバーの少
なくとも周面を透視熱線反射部材によって形成したこと
にある。 (作用) このような構成によれば、周面が透視熱線反射部材によ
って形成された保護カバーは蛍光灯からの光は通すが、
熱は遮断し、よって蛍光灯によ以下、この発明の一実施
例について第1図ないし第3図に基づき説明する。 第2図は冷蔵ショーケースの全体を示し、1はショーケ
ース本体である。このショーケース本体1は断熱パネル
によって形成されており、その前面には商品出入口2が
設けられている。この商品出入口2には透視扉3が取付
けられてお・す、この透視扉3によって出入口2が開閉
されるようになっている。 また、ショーケース本体1の庫内4上部には庫内冷却用
の冷却器5および冷却器用ファン6が組設されている。 さらに、庫内4の下部には機械室7が形成されており、
この機械室7には圧縮機8、凝縮器9および凝縮器用フ
ァン10等の各冷凍サイクル構成機器が配設されている
。なお、11は庫内4に縦方向に複数配設された載置台
である。 そして、庫内4の上部には載置台11上に載置された例
えば清涼飲料水等の冷蔵商品に光を照射する蛍光灯12
が配設されている。また、この蛍光灯12は保護カバー
13によって覆われている。この場合、保護カバー13
は透視体から形成されており、その外周面には透視熱線
反射フィルム14が貼設されている。 このような構成の冷蔵ショーケースにおいては、蛍光灯
12を点灯することによって庫内4の載置台11上に載
置された冷蔵商品に光を照射するようになっているdこ
のとき、蛍光灯12を覆う保護カバー13の外周面に透
視熱線反射フィルム14を貼設したので、保護カバー1
3は蛍光灯12が発生する光は通すが、熱は遮断するよ

上することができる。 なお、この発明は前記実施例に限定されるものではない
。例えば前記実施例では透視熱線反射フィルム14を保
護カバー13の外周面に貼設したが、この透視熱線反射
フィルム14は、第4図に示すように、保護カバー13
の内周面に貼設するようにしてもよい。また、保護カバ
−13自体を透視熱線反射部材から形成してもよい等、
この発明の要旨を逸脱しない範囲で種々変形実施できる
ことは勿論である。
