Abstract

PURPOSE:To smoothly discharge filter cake in a short time by separating filter cake while using compressed air in such a state that the inside of filter cloth is regulated to low pressure and deposited filter cake is closely stuck on the filter cloth and then discharging this filter cake into raw liquid for discharge and allowing it to flow out together with raw liquid. CONSTITUTION:In the case of separating filter cake, filter cake C deposited on the outer surface of filter cloth 19 is closely stuck on the outer surface of filter cloth by exerting sucking action to both an upper chamber 3 and the inside of a filter cylinder 5 with a vacuum pump, etc., and simultaneously sending compressed air into a lower chamber 4 and sucking out the residual filtrate in the inside of the filter cylinder 5. Sludge water for discharging filter cake is injected through a raw liquid feed pipe 6 in this state to immerse the whole surface of filter cake C and also compressed air is blown into the filter cylinder 5 through a pressurized air feed pipe 13 and uniformly blown to the outside of filter cloth via resistance of sludge water and filter cake is precipitated on the bottom part of the lower chamber 4. Thereafter, filter cake C is discharged together with sludge water for discharge through a filtrate discharge pipe 10 while feeding fresh sludge water under pressure through the raw liquid feed pipe 6 while restarting the ensuing filtration.

(Prior Art) Conventionally, for example, as a filtration method for sludge water, a filtration cylinder having a filter cloth on the outer surface is placed in a treatment tank that is divided into an upper chamber and a lower chamber, and is connected to the upper chamber and the lower chamber. The sludge water suspended in the room and pumped into the lower chamber is filtered by the filter cylinder, and the filter slag is captured by the filter cloth while the filtrate is discharged from inside the filter cylinder to the outside of the treatment tank. After filtration is completed, the filter slag accumulated on the outer surface of the filter cloth is peeled off from the outer surface of the filter cloth and discharged to the outside of the processing tank, and this process is then repeated. The sludge removal method includes, after completion of a predetermined filtration, draining the sludge water remaining outside the filtration cylinder to the outside of the treatment tank, and then applying an intake action to the filtration cylinder to treat the filtrate remaining in the filtration cylinder. The air is discharged to the outside of the tank, and then compressed air is blown into the empty filter cylinder both inside and outside the cylinder, and the air is released through the filter cloth to the outside of the filter cylinder, thereby peeling off the filter slag that adheres to the outer surface of the filter cloth. A method of peeling is adopted, and peeling =

(Problem to be solved by the invention) However, in the conventional method of peeling filter slag from a filter cloth, the compressed air blown into the filter cylinder is released from the thin part of the filter cylinder, so it is difficult to remove the filter slag from the filter cloth. There is a drawback that the peeling residue remains, and the conventional method for discharging the peeling residue has the disadvantage that it leaves a residue after peeling.

(Means for Solving the Problems) In order to solve the above problems, the first invention of the present application supplies a stock solution to the outside of a filter cloth, filters it through the filter cloth, and captures the filter slag on the outer surface of the filter cloth. In the filtration method, the filtrate is discharged from the inside of the filter cloth, and after a predetermined filtration is completed, the filter slag is peeled off from the outer surface of the filter cloth and discharged. The remaining liquid inside and outside of the filter cloth is discharged, and the pressure inside the filter cloth is made lower than that outside the filter cloth, so that the filter slag accumulated on the outer surface of the filter cloth is brought into close contact with the filter cloth. Liquid is injected into the filter so that the entire surface of the filter slag that is in close contact with the filter cloth is immersed. Next, pressurized air is sent from inside the filter cloth to the outside, and this air is ejected through the entire surface of the filter cloth into the liquid outside. The second invention of the present application has a structure in which filter dregs are peeled off from the entire outer surface of the filter cloth by The filtrate is then filtered through the filter cylinder, and the filtrate is captured on the outer surface of the filter cloth while the filtrate is discharged from the inside of the filter cylinder to the outside of the processing tank, and after the completion of predetermined filtration, the filter slag is peeled off from the outer surface of the filter cloth and discharged. In a filtration method that repeats the above steps, the slag discharge step includes injecting a filtrate discharge stock solution into the outside of the filter cylinder after the completion of the predetermined filtration, and peeling the slag from the outer surface of the filter cloth into the stock solution. Next, supplying a new stock solution to the outside of the filter cylinder and treating the filter slag with the stock solution for slag discharge before restarting the next filtration, or at the same time as the restart, or during restart filtration. Further, the third invention of the present application is configured to supply the stock solution to the outside of a filter cylinder arranged in the processing tank and having a filter cloth on the outer surface, and filter it with the filter cylinder, A filtration method in which the filtrate is captured on the outer surface of the filter cloth, the filtrate is discharged from the inside of the filter cylinder to the outside of the processing tank, and after the specified filtration is completed, the filtrate is peeled off from the outer surface of the filter cloth and discharged. In the filter slag discharge step, after the predetermined filtration is completed, the stock solution remaining outside the filter cylinder is discharged to prepare for filter slag removal, and then the stock solution for filter slag discharge is injected into the outside of the filter cylinder, The filter dregs are peeled off from the outer surface of the filter cloth in the stock solution and precipitated, and then the next filtration is restarted with the filter dregs precipitated and the predetermined filtration is completed, and then the filter dregs remains outside the filter cylinder. The above-mentioned precipitated filtrate is discharged out of the treatment tank along with the stock solution. Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.

As shown in the first diagram, the sludge water (S) filling the lower chamber (4) is filtered by the filter cloth (19) of the filter tube (5), and the filter slag (C) is formed on the outer surface of the filter cloth (19). The filtrate (f) is forced into the upper chamber (3) through the inside of the filtration cylinder, and is then discharged to, for example, a filtrate recovery tank (not shown) through the filtrate discharge pipe (15).

Next, in preparation for removing the filter cake, as shown in the third figure, the intake valve (
18) is opened, and a vacuum pump or the like is used to apply air suction to the upper chamber (3) and the inside of the filter cylinder (5) through the suction pipe (17). ) through the compressor etc. (4)
Compressed air is sent into the filter cylinder (5), thereby sucking out the filtrate remaining in the filter cylinder (5) and bringing the filter dregs (C) accumulated on the outer surface of the filter cloth (19) into close contact with the outer surface of the filter cloth. In this way, even if both the inside and outside of the filter cylinder (5) are empty, the filter dregs (C) will not collapse, and a dense filter dregs layer will be formed on the outer surface of the filter cloth.

) and into the filter cylinder (5). The blown compressed air acts uniformly on the inner surface of the filter cloth (19) within the empty filter cylinder (5), pushes away the densely formed filter dregs (G), and blows out to the outside of the filter cloth. At that time, the sludge water outside the filter cloth (
Due to the resistance of S'), the filter cloth (19) is blown out almost uniformly from the entire surface of the filter cloth (19), so that the filter slag (C) evenly leaves the outer surface of the filter cloth and then falls off. The filter dregs that fell off (
C) settles at the bottom of the lower chamber (4).

When the filter dregs are light, or when the filter dregs layer attached to the filter cloth is thin, the filter dregs may be separated from the filter cloth but difficult to fall off depending on the above peeling process. In this case, the air supply pipe (13)
It is also a good idea to inject compressed air from the filter cylinder to the outside several times intermittently for short periods of time (several seconds) each time, and to cause the filter slag to fall off as the air bubbles rise.

Next, as shown in Figure 6, the discharge valve (11) is opened to discharge the precipitated filtrate (C) from the discharge pipe (10) together with the sludge water (S'), and at the same time, the stock solution supply valve (7) and Open the filtrate discharge valve (16), force new sludge water (S) from the stock solution supply pipe (6) into the royal chamber (4), and restart the next filtration. The filter dregs can be smoothly discharged in a short time along with the flow of the discharge sludge water (S'), and the time required for the discharge step can be shortened by carrying out the discharge at the same time as the start of the next filtration.

In the filter slag discharge process, if the filter slag is difficult to settle depending on the type, or if it takes a considerable amount of time to settle, in addition to the upper part, the filter slag should be sufficiently settled before or during the restart of filtration. It is also possible to adopt a method of discharging the sludge together with the sludge water.

First, as shown in the first diagram, sludge water (S) is pumped into the chamber (4) to start filtration, and then, when the prescribed filtration is completed, it is pumped into the lower chamber (4) as shown in the second diagram. Residual sludge water (S)
Next, in preparation for peeling off the filter dregs, suction action is applied to the inside of the filter tube (5) as shown in the third figure to suck out the filtrate remaining in the filter tube (5) and apply it to the outer surface of the filter cloth (19). The accumulated filter dregs (C) are brought into close contact with the outer surface of the filter cloth, and then the lower chamber (4) is filled with sludge water (S') for discharging the filter dregs as shown in the 5th figure. Compressed air is blown into the filter tube (5) to cause the filter cake (C) to peel off and fall from the filter tube (5). Next, the next filtration is restarted by pumping new sludge water into the royal chamber (4) while leaving the filter cake (C) to settle at the bottom of the royal chamber (4), and when the next prescribed filtration is completed. As in FIG. 2, the sludge water remaining in the lower chamber (4) and the filter dregs from the previous filtration settled at the bottom are discharged, and the same process is repeated. In this way, by discharging -13-At from the filter cake together with discharging the sludge water remaining after the next filtration, the working time required for the discharging step can be shortened.

(1) Supply the stock solution to the outside of the filter cloth, filter it through the filter cloth, and discharge the filtrate from inside the filter cloth while capturing the filter slag on the outer surface of the filter cloth, and remove the filter slag after completing the specified filtration. In the filtration method in which the filter cloth is peeled off and discharged from the outer surface, the filter cloth peeling step includes draining the residual liquid inside and outside the filter cloth after the completion of the predetermined filtration, and removing the filter cloth from the outside of the filter cloth. By creating a low pressure inside the filter cloth, the filter dregs deposited on the outer surface of the filter cloth are brought into close contact with the filter cloth, and then the liquid is poured onto the outside of the filter cloth.
The filter is injected so that the entire surface of the filter slag that is in close contact with the filter cloth is immersed, and then pressurized air is sent from inside the filter cloth to the outside, and the air is ejected through the entire surface of the filter cloth into the liquid outside. Peel off the filter cake from the entire outer surface of the fabric.

(2) The stock solution is supplied to the outside of a filter cylinder having a filter cloth on the outer surface arranged in the processing tank, and is filtered by the filter cylinder, and the filtrate is captured on the outer surface of the filter cloth while the filtrate is transferred to the filter cylinder. In a filtration method that repeats discharging the filter cloth from the inside to the outside of the processing tank, and after completing a predetermined filtration, peeling off the filter slag from the outer surface of the filter cloth and discharging it, the filter slag discharge step includes: A stock solution for discharging filter slag is injected to the outside, and the filter slag is peeled off from the outer surface of the filter cloth and released into the stock solution. Next, a new stock solution is supplied to the outside of the filter cylinder to restart the next filtration. A method for discharging filter slag in a water-containing material filtration method, which comprises: flowing the filter slag out of the treatment tank together with the stock solution for sludge discharge before or at the same time as restarting filtration, or during restart filtration.
