Abstract

出すようになっている。8はダクト5の開口部に設けた
吹き出し口枠、9は前記温風吹き出し口3の上部に位置
する如く吹き出し口枠8に設けた可変翼で、吹き出し口
枠8の路上半分を覆うように幅広く形成しである。この
可変翼9は第4図に示すようにその両端に突設した軸1
3を暖房機本体側板1aに取り付けた金具(図示せず)
に貫通させて矢印dで示す如く回転自在とし、軸13に
連結して可変翼9を上下に駆動するための正逆転可能な
ステッピングモータ10が接続しである。また、可変翼
9の一端には、スイッチレバー11があり、機器本体側
板1aに取り付けた支持金具(図示せず)に固定された
リミットスイッチ12のスイッチボタン!2aと接触し
、可変翼9が垂直時すなわち吹き出し口を可変翼9で閉
じた形となる位置(以下基準点と称す)の時にリミット
スイッチ12が作動するよう構成されている。

イマをスタートさせてそのまま可変翼駆動出力を出し続
け、内部タイマがタイムアンプするか否かをチェックし
、タイムアツプするまでにリミットスイッチ12がOF
Fされれば、可変翼9が異常なく基準点まで回動復帰し
たことを確認することになる。そしてその後は前述した
通り温度検知部23、室温設定部24からの信号に基づ
いて燃焼量を設定し燃焼を開始させるとともに、その燃
焼量に応じた可変翼駆動出力を可変翼駆動制御部25に
送って可変翼9を所定角度回転させる通常運転処理を行
なう。しかしながら前記内部タイマがカイムアップする
か否かをチェックしている時、リミットスイッチ12か
らのONまたはOFF信号が入る前にタイムアツプする
と可変翼18が何らかの原因で固定されていて回動しな
い、すなわち異常があると判断して運転停止処理を行な
う。

グモータ10が不良で動かない場合も、上記チェック動
作時に可変翼9は動かないのでリミットスイッチ12は
動作せず、異常であることが検出される。すなわち、可
変翼9が動作せず温風の吹き出しが阻害されて機器本体
が加熱したり、床面を変色させたりすることばなく安全
である。また、リミットスイッチ12自身が不良の場合
も、OFF不良の時は当然上記チェック動作時にも動作
しないし、ON不良の場合は上記2回目のチェックでO
FFされないので、上記のすべての場合においても運転
停止となり安全である。

。またこの実施例ではリミットスイッチ12を設けて基
準点をチェックする方式としたが、可変翼の回転角検出
手段等を設けてこの回転角検出手段からの出力で異常有
無を検出するような方式であってもよく、その検出方式
も所期の目的を達成するものであればどのようなもので
あってもよい。

変翼を上下方向に駆動するとともに、その上下動が確認
されない場合には運転を停止させるチェック部とからな
る温風暖房機。
