Description of the Related Art There is a well-known assembly type shelf in which receiving metal fittings for inserting pillars are provided at the four corners of a shelf board, and spacers are attached between the pillars and the receiving metal fittings to fix the shelf at a predetermined height. However, the spacer used to fasten the column and the bracket is of a split type (for example, Japanese Patent Publication No. 50-25372), or it is fixed to a round pipe with a set screw using a tool (for example, Japanese Patent Publication No. 49-23061). ), they often have complex structures such as drilling holes in square pipes and securing them with bolts, or are surprisingly inconvenient to handle, as spacers can separate and come off due to vibration when fitting a shelf from above.

する。 This idea was obtained as a result of research into a structure that is an integrated spacer and is easy to assemble.
The brackets are rectangular instead of the traditional round ones, the pillars are rectangular pipes with recesses in the corners, making them easy to process and inexpensive to manufacture, and the shelves are made of endless wire, so the ends of the wire are exposed. It is safe to use and less likely to rust. Moreover, the spacer is further provided with a split hinge portion to facilitate fitting and vertical movement of the spacer.

It is the same as before that caps are fitted to the top and bottom ends of the pillars, and height adjustment screws and casters are attached to the bottom ends.

不便である。 The first example of the spacer has the shape shown in FIG. 3, and its relationship with the pillar and the metal fitting is shown in FIGS. 4 to 6. As is clear from the figure, this spacer is a synthetic resin molded body, and the inner surface follows the pillar 1 of the square pipe, and the convex part 6 that fits into the pillar recess 4 of the square pipe is located at the inner corner of the vertical split surface 7. Further, the outer surface has a downwardly wide tapered part 8 where the left and right side surfaces of the split surface 7 follow the inner surface of the receiving bracket 5, and the back surface of the split surface 7 can be bent by expanding the split surface 7. It consists of a hinge part 9. The taper part 8 is similar to this example or the seventh
From those provided on both sides of the split surface 7 as shown in the figure, to those provided only on one side of the split surface 7 as shown in FIG. 10, and even those provided on the hinge portion 9 side (not shown). It may be provided in either location. If the spacer is made of synthetic resin, make the hinge part thin and the other parts thick. FIG. 4 is a longitudinal sectional view showing the state in which the bracket 5 of the shelf board 2 is fixed to the column 1 by the action of the spacer 3, and the convex portion 6 of the spacer 3 is fitted into the concave portion 4 of the column 1. The two are fixed by coming together, and the taper of the shelf plate receiving fitting 5 is in close contact with the tapered part 8 of the spacer 3 and fixed, and as a result, the shelf plate 2 is fixed to the pillar 1. This type of fastening method is also seen in conventional products, but it generally uses a spacer that is divided into two parts for the round pipe column, and it is inconvenient to handle, as it requires fixing the setscrews using tools. It is inconvenient to loosen and tighten the screws each time the device is moved.

To move it, simply twist the spacer about 45 degrees. By simply doing this, the state shown in Fig. 6 is achieved, and vertical movement can be performed extremely easily. Furthermore, the spacer can be attached to and removed from the column by easily deforming the hinge portion 9 and opening the split surface 7 widely, so that the spacer can be directly fitted from the side of the column near a predetermined position. In addition to being easy to attach, the pillars are made of square pipes as shown in the figure, and are simply formed by providing recesses in the corners, making it easy to process and manufacture at low cost.

することができる。 The spacers shown in FIGS. 7 and 10 are made by press molding a metal plate, and provide the same effect as the spacer made of synthetic resin shown in FIG. 3. That is, since the hinge portion 9 is only a thin metal plate without an overhang like the tapered portion 8, it is easily deformed and this portion has a hinge function. In the example so far, the convex portion 6 is on the split surface side of the spacer 3.
However, if the convex portion 6 is provided at the inner corner of the hinge portion 9 as shown in FIGS.
Even after twisting 45 degrees and moving up and down as shown in the figure, the protrusion 6 fits into the recess 4 of the column and is firmly fixed, so there is no risk of it moving up and down. Note that the purpose can be achieved if the spacer 3 has one or more convex portions on the inside.

The spacer can be attached and detached directly from the side of the column while leaving the four corners, which are the most important and require strength, intact, and can be easily moved by simply twisting it 45 degrees.

ある。 As mentioned above, the spacer of the shelf of the present invention can be freely selected from synthetic resin or metal, and in correspondence with the square pipes of the pillars, the present invention is easy to assemble, safe and durable. It became a shelf.

ある。 The structure of the shelf board 2 used in the shelf of the present invention also has features not found elsewhere. That is, the product of the present invention is mainly used in places such as cafeterias, and when wet dishes are placed on top of the shelf, water splashes onto the shelf and the shelf is likely to rust. However, since this shelf board has a mesh structure from one end of the shelf to the other with a single piece of plated or painted wire, the ends of the wire do not appear on a flat surface and are less likely to rust. Moreover, with this structure, the sharp cut end surface of the wire is not exposed, so it can be handled safely.
