Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent the trapping of snow from roof on a trough by a method in which a water-permeable cover is placed on a trough at the same level with the upside of roof, and eaves is formed on the extended face of the roof. CONSTITUTION:A trough 14 is set in the eaves direction of housing 1 on the upside of an upper horizontal part 11, and a water-permeable cover 22 is set on the trough 14. The cover 22 is formed of a cover plate 23 of almost same angle as the slope of roof 3, having many holes 28. Face materials 8 are placed widewards similarly to the roof 3 along the bent struts 10 of the eaves 4 to form a curved face. Snow piles on the roof can thus slide down without trapped on the trough and also snow trapped on the trough can drop down under its weight, whereby protecting walkers under the eaves from damage and also the trough from damage.

Further, there is a roof structure described in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 54-25289, which improves the appearance by storing rain gutters near the eaves. The structure of this roof is such that structural members are fixed to pillars or outer walls, a wire mesh is placed over the top of the tank, and roof plates are attached from the side edges of the gutter to form the eaves.

<Problems to be Solved by the Invention> However, with the conventional general eaves structure, accidents often occur in which the gutter is damaged when snow accumulated on the roof slides down. In addition, in an eaves structure with a good appearance, when the accumulated snow slides down, it first gets caught in the gutter and stays there, and when it stays there for a while and exceeds the limit, it falls all at once. Therefore, there was a risk of injury to people walking under the eaves as a large amount of snow fell in clumps.

<Means for Solving the Problems> This invention has been made in view of the above, and consists of arranging a gutter in the eaves of a house, and covering the top of the gutter with a water-permeable cover that allows water to be introduced into the gutter. The upper surface of the lid and the upper surface of the roof are located in the same plane, and the eaves are formed on the extended surface of the roof.

A water-permeable lid 22 is installed above the gutter 14. This cover body 22 has a cover plate 2 having the same inclination angle as the slope of the roof part 3.
3, and an inwardly inclined wall 24 and an outwardly inclined wall 25 extending downward on both sides of this cover plate 23, and both inclined walls 24 and 25.
A collar 2 corresponding to the step 16, 17 of the gutter 14 is provided at the lower edge of the gutter 14.
6.27 shall be provided. A large number of holes 28 are formed in the lid body 23, and in this embodiment, square holes are formed as shown in FIG. Rainwater and melted snow flow through this hole 28 to the gutter 1.
4. If a downward arcuate bent edge 28' is formed on the inner circumferential edge of this hole 28, as shown in the sectional view of FIG. 4, the snow can slide down smoothly. Such a lid body 22 can be created by punching or processing a metal plate, processing with resin, or the like.

In the embodiment shown in the drawings, drain holes 29 are provided at the lower ends of both inclined walls 24.25 to introduce water flowing down from the outside of both inclined walls 24.25 into the gutter 14. Alternatively, both inclined walls 24 and 25 may be made into a slatted shape, or the face material 8 may be extended to the upper surface of the cover plate 23. In other words, if all the water is introduced into the gutter 14 and the rain is properly formed, good. Alternatively, the water-permeable lid material 22 may be made up of a plurality of members, some of which are detachable from the gutter 14, so that the gutter 14 can be opened and closed, making maintenance of the interior extremely easy. .

5 and 6 show other embodiments of the present invention,
In this case, an armor cover 30 is installed in place of the cover body 22 of the previous embodiment. The armor lid 30 has foot portions 34.35 that engage with both step portions 32.33 of the gutter 31, and continuous support leg frames 36 having a trapezoidal cross-sectional shape are arranged at appropriate intervals.
An armor plate 37 is bridged between the support leg frames 36 and 36. The armor plate 37 consists of a long flat plate part 38 at the center, a slope part 39 with one side extending downward with a gentle slope, and a bent part 40 having the other side bent short in the same direction as the slope part 39. The bridging of the armor plate 37 to the support leg frame 36 is carried out in such a way that the slope portion 39 of the lower armor plate 37 is inserted with a space 41 under the bent portion 40 of the upper armor plate 37. Therefore, water flows into the gutter 31 through this space 41. The armor lid 30 formed as described above is attached to the gutter 31.
The foot portions 35.35 of the support leg frame 36 are engaged with the step portions 32.33 of the support leg frame 36.

The gutter 31 used in this embodiment is almost the same as that in the previous embodiment, but the positional relationship of each part in the cross-sectional view is slightly different. That is, the stepped portions 32 and 33 of the gutter 31 are connected to the roof portion 3.
It is formed parallel to the slope of the roof, and the waterproof hangings 42 and 43 on both sides are shortened. Such a gutter 31 is placed on the cross members 44 in the direction of the eaves in the same manner as described above, and the inclined steels 45 and 46 at both ends are clamped and fixed by the rafters 7 and the shears 6 and 13. A waterproof lid 30 is attached to the upper part of this gutter 31, and a foot part 35 is attached to the step part 32,33.

According to the eaves structure configured in this way, almost no unevenness is formed from the roof part 3 to the eave part 4, so
Snow slides down better than in the embodiments described above. Moreover, since the roof 1 and the outside are reliably separated by the gutter 31, it is easy to shut off the rain.

In the embodiment shown in FIG. 5, the slope of the roof 3 is straightly extended to form an eaves portion 4°; Moreover, the roof finishing in the present invention is not limited to horizontal roofing, but other means such as roofing with sticks can be used. Further, the connecting and fixing means in the present invention can be appropriately selected from nailing, adhesive, welding, etc.

<Effects of the Invention> According to the eaves structure of the present invention, in snowy regions, the snow accumulated on the roof does not accumulate at the mallet portion, but gradually slides down according to the slope of the roof. Therefore, there is no danger that the snow accumulated in the mallet part cannot bear the weight of the snow and falls in a bunch, injuring pedestrians near the eaves, and there is no damage to the mallet part, as in the case of the prior art.

更に槌部が外部に露出していなので外観の体裁がよい。Furthermore, since the hammer part is not exposed to the outside, the appearance is good.
