In addition, since the torn closure remains fixed to the cylinder at its peripheral edge, there is a risk that the closure will get tangled with the spindle or be rolled up together with the film when winding a film, etc. onto the core. There is a problem that the winding form adheres to the film etc.

In FIG. 4, the core cylinder (21) has a tapered cylindrical shape, and the outer diameter of its small diameter portion is smaller than the inner diameter of its large diameter portion. In this winding core, the covering member (23) that covers the end face of the small diameter portion can be formed from scrap generated from inside the water-resistant covering member (22) of the large diameter portion.

In FIG. 5, the ring-shaped water-resistant covering member (25) fixed to both ends of the cylinder (1) and covering both end faces thereof has a generally U-shaped concave cross section, and has a substantially U-shaped concave cross section. It is designed to cover the area from the outer surface to both ends of the outer surface. and,
Portions covering the inner and outer surfaces of the cylinder (1) are fixed to the cylinder (1). Cylindrical body (1) in covering member (25)
At least the cylindrical body (
The portion covering the outer surface of 1) is preferably flush with the outer surface of the cylinder (1). This is to prevent the winding form from adhering to the film or the like being wound around the winding core.

There is no need to tear it when installing it. Moreover, since the cut ends are not wound up together with the film etc., it is possible to prevent the winding form from adhering to the film etc. In addition, if the cylinder is straight, scraps generated to form the inside of the covering member can be used to cover both end faces of the cylinder with an outer diameter smaller than the inner diameter of the cylinder. If the cylinder is in the shape of a Taber cylinder, the covering member covering the end face of the small diameter part is molded from the scrap produced to form the inside of the water-resistant covering member of the large diameter part. Therefore, it is possible to use materials effectively, and costs are reduced.
