の歯付き円盤の歯にハンドルの垂下位以下でのみ
係合する突起を先端側に設けた振子型フツクをそ

部間にはリンクアームをわたらせた手動棚の駆動
装置としたものである。

谷部に嵌合していたピンが必然的に抜け出てハン
ドルが戻り方向に付勢され、又ハンドルが直立位
から更に回動位置でストツプした場合はハンドル
を僅かに戻すことで歯の谷部に嵌合していたピン
が抜けるので、次にハンドルから手を放すことで
ハンドルは自重で元の回動方向(進行方向)に回
動して垂下位になるという効果がある。
