The movable support (30) has a rectangular shape in plan view, and has a horizontal wall (31) having a length that almost touches the inner surfaces of both end walls (23) of the fixed support, and reinforcements provided on both sides of the horizontal wall. and a side wall (32). The horizontal wall (31) is formed with a step so that the center part is lower than both ends, and the actuating part (50) is formed between the center part and the fixed support upper wall (21).
It forms a space for accommodation. Movable support (30)
In order to more reliably guide the vertical direction, a fixed support (
A part of the end wall (23> of 20) is bent perpendicularly to the inner surface of the architrave (D) as shown in the figure to form a guide piece (24), and the movable support (30) has a A matching notch (34) is provided. The moving member (40) is a swivel caster in this embodiment, and the movable support (30)
), and there are four in total. However, the moving member may be constructed as appropriate, such as by using a sliding plate with a bottom surface coated with a fluororesin or a smooth metal surface. The operating portion (50) is composed of a support shaft (51) and a rotary plate attached to the support shaft (51). Support shaft (5
In this example, 1) is in the form of a bolt, and is provided in a pair, with the upper end fixed to the earthen wall (21) of the fixed support and the lower end fixed to the horizontal wall (31) of the movable support with a nut (52). has been done. A sleeve (53) is tightly fitted onto the support shaft (51), and a circular driven rotary plate (54,) and a free rotary plate (55), which will be described below, are fitted to the sleeve (53).
and a support plate (56) are tightly and rotatably fitted. The support plate (56) is placed on the horizontal wall (31) of the movable support, and during operation is held so as not to move relative to the horizontal wall due to the frictional force between it and the horizontal wall. The support plate (56) may therefore be fixed to the sleeve (53) or formed integrally with the horizontal wall (31) from the beginning. Above the support plate (56), in this example, five freely rotating plates (55) are stacked with balls (57) interposed between each plate. A driven rotary plate (54) is located on the uppermost free rotary plate (55) with a ball (57) interposed therebetween. Further, a ball bearing (58) is interposed between the driven rotary plate (54) and the earthen wall (21) of the fixed support.

) is formed so that the diameter in the radial direction of the rotating plate gradually decreases from the largest point in the clockwise direction, and the other three holes (62) are formed so that the diameter gradually decreases in the opposite direction. It is set in. The free rotation plate (55) is

57) is held between the upper and lower rotary plates (55) with the upper and lower parts partially buried in the maximum diameter portions of these holes. FIG. 5 shows the free rotating plate (55) and ball (57) in this state as viewed from the side. As can be seen from FIG. 5, the holes (61) in one free rotating plate (55) are connected to the balls (57) located on the underside of the rotating plate.
The hole (62) serves to receive the ball (57) located on the upper side of the rotating plate. The supporting plate (56) is provided with a hole corresponding to the hole (62) in the free rotating plate (55), and the driven rotating plate (54) is provided with a hole corresponding to the hole (61). (57) is sandwiched between each plate in the same manner as described above. In this example, each free rotation plate (55) and support plate (56) have the same outer diameter (65 mm).
The driven rotary plate (54) has an outer diameter (69.6 mm) slightly larger than these, and is a worm gear with teeth on the outer periphery. The diameter of the ball (57) is 6.35 mm in this example. Each member supported by the pair of support shafts (51) in the actuating part (50) is formed to be symmetrical with respect to a plane that crosses the longitudinal direction of the moving support device (10). Therefore, the actuating part (50)
The members shown on the right side of Figure 2 are in contrast to the members shown on the left side, and the orientations of the holes (61) and (62) of the free rotation plate (55) shown in Figure 4 are the same as those shown on the right side of Figure 2. For members, the direction is reversed. The shaft of an electric motor (71) in the drive section (70) is connected to a transmission section (72).

In the normal installation state of storage furniture, the operating part (50)
The balls (57) are inserted into the holes (61) and (6) of the free rotation plate (55) as shown in FIGS. 5 and 7(a).
2), and therefore the distance between each free rotating plate and between the free rotating plate at the upper and lower ends, the support plate (56), and the driven rotating plate (54) is kept small. The movable support (30) and the moving member (40) are in a raised position relative to the fixed support (20). That is, the storage furniture is installed with the moving member (40) recessed within the architrave (D). When moving storage furniture, the motor (71) is activated by the switch (78). As a result, the worm (75) is rotated via the transmission part (72), and the driven rotary plate (54) is accordingly rotated. This rotation is performed so that the driven rotary plate (54) on the left side of FIG. transitions from FIG. 7(a) to FIG. 7(b). Such a shift in the positional relationship between each member also occurs between each free rotation & (55) and between the free rotation plate at the lower end and the support plate (56), and each plate (54), (55), The distance between (56) increases as shown in FIG. As a result, the movable support (30) is lowered relative to the fixed support (20), and the moving member (40) projects downward from the architrave (D). This movable support (30) and the moving member (40)
The movement of the storage furniture is carried out against the overlapping of the storage furniture, but the force required for this movement is due to the driven rotary plate (5) in the actuating part (50).
4), the gradual tapering of the ball receiving holes in the free rotation plate (55) and the support plate (56), and the displacement of the ball (57) during the rotation of these plates above and below, are greatly reduced. When the movable support (30) moves a predetermined amount, the motor (71) is activated by the limit switch (77).
stops, the driven rotary plate (54) is prevented from reversing based on the engagement with the worm (75), and accordingly, the free rotary plate (55) is also held in position, and the movable support (30) and the moving The position of the member (40) is maintained. The worm (75) thus acts as a detent mechanism to hold the movable support (30) in the lowered position. After moving the storage furniture, the motor (
71) and the driven rotary plate (54) to return the distance between each plate (54), (55), and (56) to the state shown in FIG. can be raised relative to the fixed support (20) and the moving member (40) can be recessed into the architrave (D). Movable support (3o
), the motor (71) is stopped by the limit switch (77).

In the example explained above, the ball (57) receiving portions (notches) of each plate (54), (55), (56) in the actuating part (5o) are formed by holes (61), (62). However, the receiving portion may also be a groove that becomes shallower as the ball moves. In this case as well, it is most desirable that the rectangular shape of each groove in plan view is tapered as in the above example.

This corresponds to the fact that the necessary groove width decreases as the ball's impact on each plate decreases, and the ball backlash in the radial direction of the plate that occurs when the grooves are made the same width. This is to eliminate stickiness. Note that instead of this ball (57), it is also possible to use a roller that rolls in the direction of each plate layer. A groove of constant width is provided which becomes shallower in the same direction.

As in this example, the fixed support (2
0) is equipped with a support shaft (51) and plates (54), (55), and (56) attached to it in the center, one worm (75) drives a pair of driven rotary plates. The advantage is that you can. Instead of this, a pair of support shafts (51) and each plate (54), (55
), (56) can be mounted near both ends of the fixed support (20) so as to be separated from each other. In this case, the support is stabilized during operation based on the long span between the pair of support shafts, etc. This improves the stability of the storage furniture, which is advantageous in preventing the storage furniture from shaking in the depth direction.

By using a single electric motor for the drive unit (70) as in the above example, the pair of moving support devices (1
0) can be easily and reliably moved at a constant speed, but it is also possible to provide a plurality of motors to reduce the load on each motor. In this case, various types of motors may be used, such as one motor for each moving support device, one motor common to the driven rotating plates on the back side (front side) of the storage furniture, or one motor for each driven rotating plate. arrangement is possible. moreover,
The drive unit (70) includes the electric motor (
Various means can be adopted in place of one or both of the transmission section (71) and the transmission section (72), and in addition to various motors, a manual handle connected to a speed reducer can also be adopted.

This manual handle may, for example, project upwardly from the bottom plate of the storage furniture, and is preferably removable. The driven rotating plate (54) is driven by a worm (
75), various gears, belt motors, etc. can be adopted as appropriate. If it is not possible to prevent the driven gear (54) from rotating as when using a worm, a detent mechanism is employed in the lowered position of the movable support (30). This detent mechanism may include a locking portion that protrudes from the movable support (30) so as to lock the movable support (30) from outside the storage furniture, or a locking portion that releases the lock from the outside of the storage furniture. Various means such as a ratchet mechanism can be employed.

In the above example, the support plate (56) was provided to be fixed to the movable support (30), but instead of this, the support plate (56)
6) is provided on the upper part of the support shaft (51), and the fixed support body (20
), in which case the driven rotary plate (54) is provided at the lower part of the support shaft (51),
The vertical position is maintained by interposing a ball bearing or the like between the movable support and the horizontal wall (31). Furthermore, when using a freely rotating plate having holes (60) and (62) in the same direction as in the previous example, the rotating direction of the driven rotating plate is opposite to that in the previous example. Furthermore, in this case, since the driven rotary plate supported by the movable support moves up and down relative to the fixed support and the actuating part supported by this, the transmission part is one that allows this up and down movement (for example, a universal joint). Int, etc.) must be adopted.

Effects of the Invention As is clear from the above description, the present invention can provide a support structure for moving heavy objects that has the following effects. That is, since a moving member is provided in a space at the lower end of a heavy object so that it can be stored in the space and in a position protruding downward from the space, the moving member is normally stored in the space. The heavy object can be stably installed on any installation surface, and when moving, the moving member can be projected downward to easily move the heavy object.
