A case will be described in which the antenna 3 is attached to the automobile 1 using the mounting tool 4 having the above configuration. First, the fixing member 5 is assembled by attaching the supporting member 7 to the fixing member 6 with the mounting screws 15, and the convex fitting portion 24 of the rotating member 19 is fitted into the concave fitting portion 16 of the supporting member 7. The supporting body 12 and the rotating body 20 are overlapped, and then the through hole 13 of the supporting body 12 and the rotating body 2
The threaded portion 31 of the tightening screw 28 is inserted into the through hole 21 of 0, and the flat spring 29 is interposed between the screw head 34 of the tightening screw 28 and the rotating body 20, and then the nut 30 is inserted into the threaded portion 31. are screwed together to form the support body 1.
2 and the rotating body 20 are elastically tightened by a flat spring 29, and the above-mentioned fixture 4 is assembled. As a result, the engaging surface 26 of the convex fitting portion 24 of the rotating member 19 is connected to the support member 7 as shown in FIGS. 4 and 5.
is resiliently engaged with the engagement surface 18 of the concave fitting portion 16, thereby preventing the rotation member 19 from rotating relative to the support member 7. That is, the nine inclined surfaces 2 of the convex fitting portion 24
6a abut against the nine inclined surfaces 18a of the concave fitting portion 16, and the relative rotation between the convex fitting portion 24 and the concave fitting portion 16 is prevented. Next, the fastening member 6 of the fixture 4 assembled as described above is fixedly attached to the rain gutter 2 of the automobile 1 with a threaded rod 10. The attachment member 6 is attached to the rain gutter 2 by
This can be done by positioning a part of the rain gutter 2 of the automobile 1 in the fastening part 9 of the vehicle, and then tightening the threaded rod 10 to sandwich the rain gutter 2 between the threaded rod 10 and the lower collar 8b. Next, the antenna 3 is attached to the antenna support portion 22 of the mounting fixture 4, and thereby the antenna 3 is fixed to the automobile 1. In addition, the above antenna 3
The installation procedure for car 1 is an example.
This may be done in a different procedure, for example, the antenna 3 may be attached to the antenna support part 22 before the attachment 4 is attached to the automobile 1, and the attachment 4 with the antenna may be attached to the automobile 1, or the attachment member 6 may be attached to the automobile 1. The support member 7 may be attached to the fastening member 6 after it is attached to the automobile 1.

Next, a case will be described in which the direction of the antenna 3 attached to the automobile 1 is changed and adjusted as described above. First, when the antenna 3 is fixed upward as shown in FIG.
As shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, the convex fitting part 24 of the rotating member 19 fits into the concave fitting part 16 of the support member 7, and the engaging surface 26 of the convex fitting part 24 becomes concave. Fitting part 1
6, the rotation of the convex fitting portion 24 with respect to the concave fitting portion 16 is locked, whereby the rotating member 19 is fixedly held relative to the support member 7. . Next, if you want to change the direction of the antenna 3 in the above-mentioned established state, for example, if the antenna 3 gets in the way when you park it in the garage, or if you want to adjust the direction of the antenna 3 to improve signal reception, use the sixth As shown in the figure, the rotating member 19 is pulled away from the support member 7 against the spring force of the flat spring 29, and an appropriate amount of the convex fitting portion 24 is extracted from the concave fitting portion 16.
The amount of extraction is made large enough to allow the convex fitting part 24 to rotate within the concave fitting part 16, as shown in FIGS. 7 and 8. (This size may be very small since the engaging surfaces 18, 26 of both fitting portions 16, 24 are inclined surfaces.) Next, tighten the rotating member 19 against the supporting member 7. Rotate in a desired direction around the set screw 28 to change the antenna 3 to the desired orientation, and at the same time, make the engaging surface 26 of the convex fitting portion 24 face the engaging surface 18 of the concave fitting portion 16. , and then release the rotating member 19 to release the rotating member 19 from the support member 7. As a result, the convex fitting portion 24 of the rotating member 19 fits into the concave fitting portion 16 of the support member 7 by the spring force of the flat spring 29, and the engaging surfaces 18 and 26 engage with each other. This ensures that the antenna 3 is fixed in the changed orientation. If it is desired to change the direction of the antenna 3 as described above, this can be done quickly by simply pulling and rotating the rotating member 19. Furthermore, as described above, no matter which direction the antenna 3 is changed to, the direction of the antenna 3 is securely fixed when the engaging surface 26 of the rotating member 19 and the engaging surface 18 of the support member 7 are engaged. Therefore, the automobile 1 can run without support not only when the antenna 3 is upright but also when the antenna 3 is tilted sideways or diagonally upward. Further, as described above, since the antenna 3 can be rotated at a portion close to the portion where it is fixed to the automobile 1, the orientation of the antenna 3 can be easily changed from inside the automobile 1.

FIG. 9 shows a different operation method when rotating the rotating member 19 relative to the supporting member 7, in which one end of the rotating member 19 is separated from the supporting member 7 (tilting it) to make it protrude. One side of the shaped fitting part 24 is pulled out from the concave fitting part 16, and in this state, the rotating member 19 is rotated about the tightening screw 28. As a result, the engaging surface 26 of the convex fitting part 24 engages with the engaging surface 18 of the concave fitting part 16, and the rotating member 19 rotates by rising on this engaging surface 18, and then When the engaging surface 26 of the convex fitting portion 24 is opposed to the engaging surface 18 of the concave fitting portion 16 and the rotating member 19 is released, the engaging surface 26 of the convex fitting portion 24 will be released. It engages with the engagement surface 18 of the concave fitting portion 16, and the rotation of the rotation member 19 is locked.

As described above, the present invention provides a fixing member 5 having a fastening portion configured to be fastened to a vehicle.
The rotating member 19 is provided with a concave fitting portion 16 at a portion facing the rotating member 19 located on the side thereof, and has an antenna support portion 22 configured to support the antenna 3. , a convex fitting part 24 is provided on the facing part 20a facing the facing part 12a of the fixing member 5, and this convex fitting part 2 is provided with a convex fitting part 24.
4 is formed into a tapered shape so as to be able to fit into the concave fitting part 16, and the concave fitting part 16 and the convex fitting part 2 are connected to each other.
4 are provided with engaging surfaces 18 and 26 each having a shape that provides a large resistance in the rotational direction when in contact with each other, and further includes a flat plate spring 29 whose plate surface is curved. Fixed member 5 and rotating member 19
and the flat spring 29, when the convex fitting part 24 and the concave fitting part 16 are fitted together, the convex fitting part 24 and the concave fitting part 16 are connected to each other. is tightened from both sides by a tightening body 27 having a threaded rod 31 penetrated through the center of the flat spring 29. When the clamping body 27 is tightened from both sides, both the fixed member 5 and the rotating member 19 are normally attached to the flat spring 29. When applying a strong force that resists the spring force of the flat spring 29, the flat spring 29 is flattened so that both can be seen from a distance, resulting in the following effects. There is. That is, (a) When it is desired to change the inclination angle of the antenna 3 attached to the antenna support part 22, the fitting part 24 of the rotating member 19 is moved from the fitting part 16 of the fixed member 5 against the spring force of the flat spring 29. By slightly separating the tapered convex fitting portion 24 from the fitting portion 16, the rotating member 19 is rotated relative to the fixed member 5 about the threaded rod 31. This has the effect of quickly changing the inclination angle of the antenna 3.
