Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a paperlike product with high-specific gravity fibrous product homogeneously dispersed by mixing a viscous liquid with high-specific gravity fiber and an adhesive, delivering the resultant mixture by a specified amount at a time and feeding, via a flow separation tank, to a log net. CONSTITUTION:A viscous liquid is prepared by dissolving a polymeric thickening agent in water in a tank 1, while a high-specific gravity fiber and a fibrous binder are dispersed and mixed in a second tank 2 to prepare a mixture. Thence, both the viscous liquid and the mixture are fed to a papermaking fluid feed tank 4 where the both are mixed by a high-speed agitator 4a followed by delivering the resultant mixture by a specified amount at a time with a bucket 4c to a flow separation tank 6. This tank 6, being provided with many tilt plates 6a-6c, uniformly discharges the papermaking fluid over the whole width of a long net 7. Suction dehydration, press dehydration and drying are carried out on the long nets 7, 8, 10.

This is because when fillers and binders are mixed into the slurry-like raw material, unnecessary materials with light specific gravity are located in the upper layer of the slurry-like liquid and are made into paper. This method utilizes the light specific gravity of mixed substances to remove them. The inclined running section runs upward, and a suction chamber is installed on the bottom surface of the papermaking belt to supply excess slurry fiber raw material and reduce the amount other than the papermaking amount. Paper-making is performed while excess raw material flows out from the upper opening.

(Problem to be Solved by the Invention) However, the above-mentioned paper-making apparatus is intended for extremely light and thin wood fibers, and is not intended for fibers with high specific gravity such as short metal fibers and ceramic fibers (ρ = 2.0 to 9). 0), there is a problem in that it is difficult to make a homogeneously dispersed fiber sheet because the sedimentation rate of the fibers is high.

(Means for solving the problem) The technical means for solving the above technical problem are as follows. In other words, a raw material liquid is obtained by mixing a viscous liquid with high specific gravity fibers and an adhesive, and this is mixed and put into a fixed quantity supply tank for papermaking liquid, which is pumped out in fixed amounts with a bucket, and installed at the top of one end of the papermaking screen. An angle of 10° to 456° is installed inside the diverter tank.
The raw material liquid is supplied to three or more swash plates installed in the swash plate, and is uniformly flowed out over the hit of the paper net, and is applied to a felt-like belt having a suction box and a suction box for draining the sheet in a wet state. A high-density fiber sheet manufacturing device consisting of a device for stacking and conveying, and a device for drying the wet sheet placed on a wire conveying belt made of press rolls with a drying drum, drying and heat-sealing it with a synchronized hot roll press. It is.

The raw material liquid mixed with high-density fibers supplied to the paper-making liquid quantitative supply tank is pumped out in fixed amounts in buckets, poured into a gutter with a channel-shaped cross section (square shape), and further sent to the paper-making liquid distribution tank.
By passing through multiple swash plates, the fibers with high specific gravity and the raw material liquid are mixed uniformly throughout and flow into the paper towel, where the liquid is separated one by one to produce a homogeneously dispersed fiber sheet. It is.

The flow divider tank 6 is for uniformly flowing the flow over the area of the papermaking net.If the flow is carried out directly from the passage 5 while maintaining the above condition, the width of the passage 5 becomes large, the flow velocity decreases, and some of the fibers are washed away. A good uniformly dispersed fiber sheet cannot be obtained due to the occurrence of lumps. For this purpose, the width of the passage 5 is made small to keep the flow velocity above a certain level. The suspension A sent to the papermaking liquid distribution tank 6 is expanded in the flow path by three or more inclined plates 5a, 5b, and 5c provided at an angle of inclination of 10° to 40°, and then passed through the papermaking liquid distribution tank 6.
