An elevating slope is attached to the rear of the crawler truck, and the elevating slope is set in the raised position, and the vehicle is moved forward and up the elevating slope to advance onto the crawler truck. When the rear drive shaft of the vehicle rests on the top of the lifting slope in the raised position, the drive shaft connection portion of the vehicle faces the opening of the guide body. Here, even if the tire diameter of the drive shaft is not constant due to fluctuations in air pressure or vehicle load, the opening diameter of the guide body is appropriately larger than the outer diameter of the drive shaft connection part, so the drive shaft connection part is Facing the opening diameter. If the vehicle is moved forward slightly, the drive shaft will pass over the top of the lifting slope, and the drive shaft connection portion will be guided by the guide body and lowered to approximately the same position as the passive shaft connection portion of the crawler truck. Then, if the lifting slope is lowered, the drive shaft connection part will be received at the support position of the guide body.
The axis thereof and the axis of the passive shaft coupling portion of the crawler truck exactly match.

Installing a crawler truck on a ridge does not involve lifting the car with jacks and inserting the crawler truck under the car, but simply advancing the car from the rear of the crawler truck onto the road board inside the crawler truck and raising and lowering the elevator slope. Therefore, it is safe and easy, and the axis alignment between the drive shaft connection part of the automobile and the passive shaft connection part of the crawler bogie is automatically aligned by the guide member regardless of fluctuations in the tire diameter of the drive wheel, which saves time and effort. This eliminates the time-consuming work of aligning the shafts.

FIG. 7 is a side view showing another embodiment of the lifting slope. This lifting slope 37 is attached to the rear of the crawler truck 2 with a bin 38 so that it can rotate up and down, and a stopper 40 integrated with a lever 39 is attached to the rear of the crawler truck 2. It is urged backward by a spring (not shown). The lifting slope 37 is held by a stopper 4° in both a downward position shown by a solid line in FIG. 7 and a raised position shown by a two-dot chain line. In the descending position, the top 37a of the lifting slope 37 is set slightly higher than the top surface of the road board 5 of the crawler truck 2,
When the rear drive wheel 12 rides on the top portion 37a in this state, the drive shaft connecting portion 23 is positioned slightly above the cast guide body 41 compared to the guide body 24 of the embodiment described above, even if there is some variation in the tire diameter. do. When the lever 39 is pulled forward, the stopper 40 comes off and the lifting slope 37 jumps up, the rear drive wheel 12 descends, and its drive shaft connection part 23 is received by the guide body 41, which connects the passive shaft of the crawler truck 2. The part and axis are automatically aligned. Jumping up and down slope 37
The crawler truck 2 is held in the flipped up position by the stopper 40 which returns to the rear with the elasticity of the spring, and the crawler truck 2 can continue to travel as it is, and the lifting slope 37
Acts as a rear fender. When lowering the car from the crawler truck 2, the user releases the connection and steps down on the lifted up/down slope 37 with his/her foot, thereby using the cam action between the front end of the up/down slope 37 and the stopper 40.
The stopper 40 is moved forward and the lifting slope 37 is lowered, and at the same time, its top 37a pushes up the rear drive wheel 12 and lifts the drive shaft connecting portion 23 from the guide body 41. Then, the lifting slope 37 is held in a descending position by the stopper 40 which has returned elastically with the rear drive wheel 12 pushed up, so that the automobile can be moved away.

As explained above, the present invention provides an automobile-mounted crawler that is attached to the lower part of a tire-driven vehicle and connects the drive shaft connection portion of the vehicle to the passive shaft connection portion of the crawler truck to convert the tire-driven vehicle to crawler travel. In the bogie, the drive shaft coupling portion of the automobile is received at the outer circumference of the passive shaft coupling portion of the crawler bogie through an opening having an appropriately larger diameter than the outer diameter of the drive shaft coupling portion, and the coupling portion is connected to the passive shaft coupling portion of the crawler bogie. A guide body is provided to guide the vehicle to a support position where the axes coincide with each other, and the drive shaft of the vehicle is raised and lowered below the guide body, and in the raised position, the drive shaft connection portion of the vehicle is brought into contact with the opening span of the guide body. It is equipped with a vertically movable lifting slope that allows the connecting part to be received in the support position of the guide body in the lowered position. To install the crawler truck, lift the car with jacks and insert the crawler truck under the car. It is safe and easy because the vehicle is moved from the rear of the crawler truck onto the road board inside the crawler truck and the lifting slope is raised and lowered. The guide member automatically aligns the axes with the drive wheels regardless of variations in the tire diameter of the drive wheels, thereby eliminating the need for time-consuming axle alignment work.

In addition, since the above-mentioned car-mountable crawler truck has a road board for the car between the upper and lower crawlers along the inside of the left and right truck frames, the center of gravity is lower than that of a conventional crawler truck in which the car is mounted on the top. It is low and stable, and the road board can act as a reinforcing material to increase the rigidity of the bogie frame.
