〈実施例〉 この実施例は、太陽電池により駆動される小形

護用フイルターに兼用する構造に適用した場合で
ある。第1図において、1は太陽電池電卓本体を
示し、2は上部ケース7と下部ケース8との内部
に設けられた太陽電池、3は液晶表示パネル、4
は演算部を構成する大規模集積回路(LSI)5、
及びキー表示部16を有するキー入力部の構成要
素であるキー入力パターン6を形成する可撓性フ
イルムから成る回路基板である。回路基板4はポ
リエステル、ポリ塩化ビニール等の絶縁性合成樹
脂製の可撓性フイルムからなるもので所定の面に
配線を形成してある。第2図においてはキー入力
部の詳細構造が示されている。キー入力部は可動
接点を形成した上部フイルム回路基板4と固定接
点を形成した下部フイルム回路基板9とを有し、
両基板間にスペーサ10が介在されて上下回路基
板を所定の間隔に保持している。11は弾性ゴム
材からなるキートツプであり、このキートツプを
押圧することにより上記可動接点を固定接点に接
触させて電気的接続を行い、キー入力動作を実行
する。第3図に第2図の丸印個所の拡大図が示さ
れる。太陽電池2及び液晶表示パネル3を覆うよ
うに可撓性フイルムからなる回路基板4が重合配
置される。それゆえ回路基板4は液晶表示パネル
及び太陽電池の保護用フイルターとして作用する
様に透明部分を有している。又透明な可撓性フイ
ルムからなる回路基板4に液晶表示パネル3に対
応する例えば内面に所望の印刷(例えば文字又は
×,÷,+,−のシンボル)が施される。さらに回
路基板4と液晶表示パネル及び太陽電池との電気
的接続はヒートシール12,13,14にて行な
われる。透明部分を有する可撓性フイルムから成
る回路基板4は液晶表示パネル3及び太陽電池2
に重合配置されることによつて保護用フイルター
として同時に電気的接続を行ない得る。又LSI5
を搭載しキー入力部を構成し得る。
