所謂能率変速操作とを一本の主操作レバーで得る
ことができるミツシヨンの変速装置に関するもの
である。

[従来の技術] 第2図に示すように、主変速は、移動歯車9を
抱持するフオーク20をフオーク軸21上をスラ
イドさせることにより、また副変速も、移動歯車

をそれぞれスライドさせることにより得るのであ
るが、これを一本の主操作レバー24で行うよう
リンク25,26により連動構成する。主操作レ
バー24が動き得るガイド孔27を形成した案内
パネル28に、この主操作レバー24を挿通し、
このガイド孔27に沿つて主操作レバー24が動
く限り、主変速と副変速を選択的に行うものであ
る。また、主クラツチを切断することなく変速操
作できる能率変速操作においても同様であつて、
突起付き歯車15を抱持するフオーク29をフオ
ーク軸30上をスライドさせるのであるが、これ
をリンク31により手元に設置される副操作レバ
ー32に連結していたものである。

れたものである。

ク29と、副変速用の移動歯車10を抱持しつつ
フオーク軸23上をスライドし副変速を得る副変
速用のフオーク22を有するミツシヨンの変速装
置において、前記主変速用のフオーク20及び能
率変速用のフオーク29をリンク33,34を介
して主操作レバー24に連結し、副変速用のフオ
ーク22を副操作レバー32にリンク35で連結
し、副操作レバー32を主操作レバー24の近く
に導き、同一の案内パネル28中に集めることに
よつて、前記した課題を解決したのである。

間軸2,3,4,5,6,7を経て最終的に出力
軸たる左右の車軸8,8へ伝達するものである
が、この間で各種変速と動力の断続を図る。この
うち変速は、入力軸1と中間軸2,3の間で主変
速を、中間軸3,4で副変速を、さらに、中間軸
5で能率変速を得ているものである。

るものであるから、もつとも頻繁に使用する主変
速と能率変速が一本の主操作レバー24の一連の
動作でできることになり、従来のように別々のレ
バーで行うものに比べ、誤操作等がないととも
に、副変速を行う副操作レバー32と併せて同一
の案内パネル28に集めたから、この点でも操作
がし易くなつた。
