げ形状を有した状態での鍍金処理によって著しく作業上
の煩わしさを招いて作業性が阻害されると共に、所望の
高耐食性を発揮する鍍金被膜の形成を困難となす等の問

を保持して構成した細径配管の固定クランプを要旨とし
、更に他端側と突出部の固定は、突出爪又はこの突出爪
の折り返し部を切欠き孔の裏面側において他端の屈折壁
に掛止したり、突出爪を他端の表面に重合した後、該重
合部をU字状の止め金具によりカシメ又は接着したり、
又は該重合部を折り返すものであり、また、一端附近に
基体への取付は壁を有し、且つその幅手方向の両側に傾
斜壁部を有すると共に、長手方向の他端側に、該長手方
向に一対の切込みを入れて切欠き孔、及び先端部に突出
爪を備えた舌片状の挾持壁とを形成し且つ該挾持壁と切
欠き孔との間に組付は間隙を保持して構成した板状のク
ランプ体をもって、前記組付は間隙部に少くとも1つの
配管を貫通して組込み、先端部を屈曲して前記突出爪を
クランプ体の他端側に固定すると共に、配管の曲げ部を
前記傾斜壁部に当接せしめた細径配管の固定クランプの

きる等、極めて有用な細径配管の固定クランプ及びその
