【考案の詳細な説明】（産業上の利用分野）本考案は複数の燃焼管が配されるバーナ装置に

（従来の技術と問題点）従来、強制通気式のバーナ装置においては、実
開昭58−131345号に示されるように燃焼管の支持
部材並びに整流板の支持部材を夫々バーナケース
内に設ける必要があり、しかも燃焼管と整流板と
を独立して各支持部材に固定するものであるの

（実施例）図において、１は上面及び、ノズル（図示せ
ず）が臨まされる側面が開口されたバーナケース
で、底面には２次空気パイプ２が接続されてい
る。３はプレス成形された燃焼管で、２本の燃焼
管が前記バーナケース１内に収められる。バーナ
ケース１上面の（図の）左右の辺には内側に折曲
げられた折曲片４が設けられ、各折曲片４には燃
焼管３が嵌合される切欠４ａが形成されている。
５は整流板で、バーナケース１内に嵌合されるも
ので、整流孔６が穿設される整流面７と、整流面
７の前後に下側に折曲げられた脚片８と整流面７
の左、即ちノズル側に上側に折曲げられた係止片
９と、整流面７の右に上側に折曲げられた固定片
１０と固定片１０より内側に折曲げられた嵌合片
１１とよりなる。係止片９及び嵌合片１１には燃
焼管３が嵌合される切欠９ａ，１１ａが形成され
ており、固定片１０にはバーナケース１にビス止
めされるビス穴１０ａが開けられている。１２は
燃焼管押え板で、バーナケース１上面左の折曲片
４にビス止めされるものである。１３，１４はそ
れぞれビスである。尚、燃焼管３には嵌合片１１
の切欠１１ａに対応し互いに嵌合する切欠３ａを
形成してある。又、実施例ではバーナケース１の
側面開口部に係止片９の切欠９ａと同様の切欠を

欠１１ａを互いにはめ合わせる。あるいは先に整
流板５の切欠１１ａに燃焼管３の切欠３ａを嵌合
させて組立体を作つておき、該組立体をバーナケ
ース１上面開口より若干傾けながら挿入してい
く。整流板５及び燃焼管３がバーナケース１内に
入つたらビス１４で整流板５をバーナケース１に
固定し、燃焼管押え板１２で燃焼管３を上から押
えこみ固定片１０と対向する側のバーナケース１
の折曲片４にビス１３で固定するのである。尚、
バーナケース１底面から整流面７までの距離即ち
２次空気室容積は脚片８の長さで設定でき、整流
面７から燃焼管３の炎口面までの距離は固定片１
０の長さ及び係止片９の切欠９ａの深さで設定で

（考案の効果）以上のように本考案は、切欠を形成した折曲片
を有するバーナケースと、整流面と脚片と固定片
と嵌合片とよりなる整流板と、嵌合片の切欠と互
いに嵌合する切欠を有する燃焼管と、固定片と対
向する側で燃焼管を固定する燃焼管押え板とでバ
ーナ装置を構成したので、部品点数は極めて少な
くその構造も簡単であり、組立性も各部品を嵌合
するだけであとは少なくとも２点で固定すればよ
く飛躍的に向上するのである。又、燃焼管は前後
左右方向は各切欠きで位置決めと共に固定され、
上下方向は切欠１１ａで位置ぎめ固定され更に燃
焼管押え板１２で固定されるため組立は正確かつ
