効である。そして下面隅部3に円弧状面をつけて
肉厚とするものである。この円弧状面は直線状に
してもよい。そして、各型枠の放射面に対する角
度はブロツクの寸法にもよるが、10〜15゜の範囲

発明の効果
本発明の成形装置は、高速回転しながらコンク
リート材料を投入すると、コンクリート材料は遠
心力によつて、各型枠5の内部に入る。型枠5に
は円弧状部8が形成してあるとともに、型枠自体
が回転胴4の回転方向の逆側に角度αを設けて設
置されているため、コンクリート材料は立上り部
1成形部6内にスムースに流入し、密実に充填さ
れる。すなわち、本発明は階段ブロツクの形状と
遠心成形型枠の構成との相乗効果により、従来遠
心成形によつては効率的な製造が困難であつた階
段ブロツクを容易に製造することができるように
し、かつ、製造された階段ブロツクは密実で強度
が高く、仕上りも美しいもので、商品価値の高い
