PRIOR ART Recently, with the increase in the number of pages in bankbooks, bankbooks with additional pages have been manufactured using paper with a lower basis weight. It was difficult to transport when printing on the endpapers using a computer terminal, and the forms were often irregularly sized, collated, and had different thicknesses in some areas, making them similar to passbooks. It's causing trouble.

In other words, due to the increased total thickness of the body paper in extra-page passbooks, roller slips occur when the paper is transported through a computer processing machine, causing troubles caused by the rollers not being able to get over the stepped portions of the passbook. . Similarly, in the case of forms, deformed sizes and partially different thicknesses of collated documents may cause problems in transportation within a computer processing machine.

Purpose This invention aims to transfer passbooks and forms using conveyor rollers or belts in an electronic computer processing machine for passbooks and forms.
When conveying forms, in order to prevent running troubles on uneven parts of passbooks and forms, ink with a high friction coefficient is printed on the uneven parts and the surrounding areas, thereby reducing the risk of transport rollers, belts, etc. The purpose is to eliminate slips and maintain and stabilize the flow of bankbooks and forms.

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of the passbook in an open state, and FIG. 2 is a side view thereof. There is a binding part 2 in the center of the passbook 1, and the text paper 4 is centered around this binding part 2.
A stepped portion 5 is formed between the facing portion 3 and the facing portion 3.
This stepped portion 5 becomes larger as the number of pages of the bankbook 1 increases and the total thickness of the body paper 4 increases.
In this way, a bankbook with a large step 5 causes roller slippage when being conveyed through a computer processing machine, and trouble occurs when the rollers do not get over the step 5. In order to prevent such troubles from occurring, a special feature is that a friction layer 10 is formed by printing ink that increases the coefficient of friction against friction with the rollers of the conveying device on the stepped portion 5 and the surrounding area 6. be.

FIG. 3 shows a stepped portion 8 of a portion 11 with different thickness.
The friction layer 10 is printed with ink that increases the coefficient of friction against the friction of the conveyor roller or belt.
FIG. 4 is a side view of the form in which the stepped portions 8 of different thicknesses are shown in a slightly concave shape. The form 7 having the stepped portions 8 of the portions 11 with different thicknesses causes problems in transportation within the computer processing machine, as in the case of the above-mentioned passbook, so the present invention eliminates such problems. In order to prevent this, the friction layer 10 is formed by printing ink that increases the coefficient of friction against the conveyance roller or belt on the stepped portion 8 and its surrounding area 9.

Also, similar to the above example, other deformed sizes,
Collated materials with partially different thicknesses can also cause problems when conveyed within a computer processing machine, so such materials should also have a high coefficient of friction against the conveying roller or belt. The problem can be overcome by printing ink to form a friction layer.

Effects As mentioned above, this invention prints ink such as pine ink that has a high coefficient of friction against friction with the rollers or belts of the conveyance device on and around the uneven parts of bankbooks and forms. By forming a friction layer, it has the effect of stabilizing the running of passbooks and forms in the computer processing machine, and is more effective than conventional passbooks and forms.
Even items with larger step differences can be processed by an electronic computer processor.
