になつている。 〈考案が解決しようとする課題〉 上記従来のビーズミル装置では撹拌装置の軸を
粉砕室内に支持するための軸受、及び電動機の軸
と、撹拌装置の軸を連結するカツプリングを必要
とすると共に、装置全体は大形化して嵩張る。 〈課題を解決するための手段〉 そこで本考案は、網ふるいで覆われた出入口を
有し、且つ0.1〜5.0mmのビーズで一部が満たされ
る円筒ハウジングと、該円筒ハウジング内に同心
に配置され、軸方向に離して撹拌部材を装着した
軸を有する撹拌装置と、上記撹拌装置を回転駆動
する電動機を備え、流動性材料を粉砕、混合、拡
散、乳状化、均質化するビーズミル装置におい
て、 上記円筒ハウジング8には電動機に向いた開放
端面に鍔を設け、又、前記電動機のケーシング3
には固定フランジ4を設け、前記円筒ハウジング
の鍔を上記固定フランジ4に当接、結合して円筒
ハウジングを電動機のケーシングに固定し、前記
ケーシング3の固定フランジ4から同心に突出す
る電動機の軸の延長部6を前記撹拌装置の軸にし
たことを特徴とする。 〈実施例〉 以下、この考案の一実施例を図面を参照して説
明する。 図示のビーズミル装置は取付板2に固着されて
垂直に配置された電動機1を含む。電動機のケー
シング3内にある内部構造はこの考案に関係がな
いので説明しない。この電動機のケーシングは上
面に上向きの取付けリム5を環状に備えた円形の
固定フランジ4を有す。 電動機1の軸は上記固定フランジ4を貫いて円
筒ハウジング8で囲まれた粉砕室7の中へ上向き
に突入する延長部6を備えている。固定フランジ
4から上に突出する延長部6の長さは粉砕室7の
軸方向長さ、つまりこの実施例では粉砕室の高さ
にほゞ等しい。円筒ハウジング8は図示の様に電
動機のケーシング3と同心に、垂直方向にするこ
とにより容易に取付けることができ且つコンパク
トで便利な一体のユニツトとなるが、勿論、垂直
