【考案の詳細な説明】
〔考案の技術分野〕
本考案は操作箱部分を改良した洗濯機に関す

くするとその内部スペースが減少してしまい、従
つて操作箱の底部を洗濯機本体内に陥没させてそ
の全体の高さを低くすることが考えられるが、し
かしこの場合電装品のリード線等を挿通すべく操
作箱底部に形成された挿通口や同じく該底部に形
成された水抜孔も低くなつてしまうため、排水ホ
ースが詰まる等して洗い槽内の水位が異常溢水し
た場合に前記挿通口及び水抜孔から操作箱内に水
が浸入して、該操作箱内の電装品が濡れてしまう
虞れがあつた。

入防止対策を講じたところに特徴を有するもので

おり、従つて該操作箱6はその略上半部が洗濯機
本体1から上部側へ突出する程度である。而して
パネル部8の裏側即ち操作箱6の内部における特
に洗濯槽4側部位には運転制御用のタイマー9等
の電装品を配設しており、10はそのタイマー9
の摘みである。一方、基体部7の底部7aには、
タイマー9のリード線11(第1図中二点鎖線)
等を挿通する挿通口12を洗濯槽4の異常溢水水
位より高く例えば洗濯機本体1の上端1aより高
く位置する様に形成している。更に、底部7aに
おける最低部位には洗濯槽4内に臨む水抜孔13
を形成している。又、該水抜孔13の洗濯槽4側
には逆止弁14を設けており、この逆止弁14
は、操作箱6内に生じた結露水などの水抜孔13
からの流出は許容し、且つ操作箱6内への水の流
入は阻止するものである。

を洗濯機本体1の上端1aより低くしたことで、
排水ホースが詰まる等して洗濯槽4が異常溢水状
態となつた場合に操作箱6内に挿通口12及び水
抜孔13から洗濯水が浸入する懸念が生ずるも、

り、これにて洗濯機本体からの操作箱の突出高さ
を低く抑え得て全体の包装体積の縮小化を図り得
て製品コストの低廉化に大いに寄与し得、しかも
洗い槽が異常溢水状態となる様なことがあつても
該水の操作箱への浸入を確実に防止でき、よつて
操作箱内の電装品が水で濡れてしまう様な虞れ等
全くないという優れた効果を奏するものである。
