Abstract

した係合部と係合する係合部を設けてなることを特徴と

aを左右に貫通するようにして一側が六角形、他側がこ

。この爪ピン挿通孔2bには、爪基部挿入孔2aに耕耘
爪3の基部を挿入した状態で第8図頭、@に詳細に示す
爪ピン4が挿通されるようになっている。
上記ホルダ2の回転方向(第1図参照)後側上部には、
後述するばね板7の基端部を枢支するばね板支持frJ
5が固設され、この支持筒5に、第5図に示す枢支ピン
6を介して第6図および第7図に示すばね板7の挿通孔
7aが挿通支持され、枢支ピン6は、そのピン孔6aと
支持筒5に設けたピン孔5aにピンを挿通して抜止めさ
れている。
ばね板7は、挿通孔7aを形成した基部側に上記爪ピン
4の頭部を押圧する爪ピン押圧部7Cを設け、この押圧
部7Cからコ字状に屈曲する屈曲部7bを形成して先端
側に爪ピン4の頭部と反対側のホルダ21111面を押
圧するホルダ側面押圧部7dを設けている。爪ピン押圧
部7Cとホルダ側面押圧部7dとは、第1図および第6
図に示すように、側面視で相互にその全部が重複しない
ようにずれている。
このような構成の耕耘爪取付は装置においては、耕耘爪
3をホルダ2に取付けるときは、第1図の仮想線で示す
ようにばね板7を枢支ピン6の中心0を中心にして耕耘
軸1側に回動させ、耕耘爪3の取付は基部を爪基部挿入
孔2a内に挿入し、爪ピン挿通孔2bに爪ピン4を挿通
させ、ばね板7を第1図の実線で示すように回転させる
と、第2図に示す位置に爪ピン押圧部7Cが爪ピン4の
頭部を押圧して抜止めし、ホルダ側面押圧部7dがホル
ダ2の側面を押圧した状態となる。また、ばね板7は耕
耘軸1の回転方向に対し後側に位置している。
そして、耕耘軸1を第1図の矢印方向に回転することで
、耕耘爪3は耕耘、または代掻き作業を行う。
耕耘爪3をホルダ2から取外すときは、ばね板7の屈曲
部7bに適宜な手段で衝撃を与えてばね板7を耕耘軸1
側に回動させると、爪ピン4の頭部は露出して爪ピン挿
通孔2bから爪ピン4を抜脱し、耕耘爪3の取付は基部
を爪基部挿入孔2aから抜出せばよい、従って、短時間
に、かつ簡単、容易に取外すことができる。
第9図ないし第11図に示すように、ばね板8に挿通孔
8a、爪ピン押圧部8c、屈曲部8bのほか、爪ピン押
圧部8Cに係合凸部8eを形成し、この保合凸部8eを
、爪ピン9の頭部に形成した係合凹部9aに係合するよ
うにしてもよい。
この場合には、係合凸部8eと係合凹部9aの係合によ
って、爪ピン押圧部8Cにより爪ピン9頭部の押圧がよ

、また、ホルダに対する耕耘爪の着脱が容易に行える。

ホルダ側面を押圧するので、耕耘爪とホルダのガタつき
に影響されることなく爪ピンを押圧し、その抜止め、ひ
いては耕耘爪の抜出しを確実に防止できる。

ので、ばね板部材の爪ピン押圧、抜出し防止がより確実
