一の切欠きと、なおかつ、との鋸歯状の切欠き部の回転
中心に向う一辺を対称軸とした対称位置までも切り欠い
た、出歯状の切欠き部をもつ第二の回動部材と、第一の
回動部材の鋸歯状の切欠き部の回転中心に向かう一辺に
当接することにより、第一の回動部材の一方向の回動動
作を阻止し、かつ、第二の回動部材が回動することによ
り、第二の回動部材の山歯状の切欠き部でその先端を押
しもどされることによシ係止状態が解除される係止片と
、第二の回動部材に、押圧することにより回動運動を伝
達させる押釦機構を備えた構成となっている。
