Abstract

PURPOSE:To form a lighting appliance with the variation of design to emit colorful or soft light by providing a design layer on the surface. CONSTITUTION:The surface is composed of a top coating layer 5, an ink layer 4 of design or light diffusion type, an adhesive layer 3, and a glass layer 6, and on some occasion, a ground processing layer 2 applied at the bulb side between the adhesive layer 3 and a glass 6 is included. As the ink of the design layer 4, an acrylic type, vinylchloride type, vinylacetate type, vinylchloride acetate type, alkyd type, cellulose type, or the like is effective. As the adhesive layer 3, a resin adhered to the glass 6, such as acrylic type or acrylic urethane type is used. By such a composition, a beautiful design effect such as a stained glass can be obtained when the bulb is lighted.

<Conventional technology> Conventionally, the surface of light bulbs etc. was colored with color spray.
Also, lighting equipment that uses frosted glass to provide a light diffusion effect is known. In addition, although changes have been made in terms of design by adding covers to cover the outside of light bulbs and fluorescent light tubes, there has been little change in the design of the light bulbs or fluorescent light tubes themselves.

<Problems to be Solved by the Invention> In the above-mentioned conventional technology, it is impossible to apply elaborate patterns on the surface of lighting equipment such as light bulbs and fluorescent lamp tubes.
It was time-consuming. Therefore, in the present invention,
Colorful painting is applied to the surfaces of lighting equipment such as light bulbs and fluorescent tubes, which have curved or spherical surfaces that are originally difficult to print on, using the water pressure transfer method, and also gives a light diffusion effect, emitting colorful or soft light. Our goal is to provide new lighting equipment with a variety of designs.
