Abstract

PURPOSE:To facilitate connection of corrugated pipes by laying over the ends of corrugated pipes caps which have cylindrical parts, flange parts, partitioning pieces, holes and cylindrical connecting bodies, and forming foam type synthetic resin layers thereon. CONSTITUTION:This is a connecting structure of corrugated pipes having a recessed groove of spiral shape. The connecting structure is mounted with a cylindrical part 12 which covers edges of 2 corrugated pipes P1, P2, a flange part 13 which abuts end circumferences of the corrugated pipes P1, P2, and caps 2, 3 consisting of a partitioning piece 14 which protrudes from an internal wall of the cylindrical part 12 and partitions recessed grooves 8, 9. Further, a cylindrical connector 6 extending from the cap 2 on one side, and a cylindrical connector 7 which engages with this connector 6 retaining liquid-tightness are mounted. Then, foam type synthetic resin is injected through a hole 15 provided in the caps 2, 3, resulting in the formation of foam layers, 4, 5 and completion of the connecting structure. As a result, the rigid connection and high seal effect are secured.

In other words, the W joint is made by bending a rectangular body plate into an arc shape, forming bent pieces on opposing parts, and fastening these bent pieces with bolts and nuts, thereby bringing the body plates into a butt state. Wrap it around the body of each corrugated tube so that it straddles the edges of the pair of corrugated tubes, and seal the two corrugated tubes together.

(c) Problems to be Solved by the Invention Normally, drain pipes must be connected at the site where they are buried in the ground. Therefore, when the above-mentioned pipe joint is used to connect the drain pipe, it is necessary to attach the rectangular side plate to the corrugated pipe and attach bolts and nuts at the site. The work at this site is extremely demanding.

As shown in FIGS. 3 to 7, particularly in FIGS. 4 to 5, the cap body 2 includes a cylindrical portion I2 that is closely fitted over the connecting end portion of the corrugated pipe P, and a cylindrical portion I2 that extends from the peripheral edge of the upper portion of the tube. A flange portion 1 that abuts the circumferential end of a corrugated pipe P extending in the center direction.
3, and a partition piece (or stopper) 1 that separately projects from the inner wall side of the cylindrical part I2 and fits into the groove 8 of the corrugated pipe to partition it.
It consists of 4. The cylindrical $12 has a foaming stock solution injection hole I5 between its peripheral edge and the partition piece 14 and at an upper position. Note that the cap body 3 has substantially the same configuration as the above-described cap body 2, so a description thereof will be omitted.

That is, the cylindrical joint body 6 is composed of a cylindrical portion 30 extending integrally and coaxially from the cap body 2, and a small flange portion 31 bent in the direction of centripetal force from the tip periphery of this cylindrical portion, and the flange portion 13 and these cylinders A ring-shaped backing 32 made of neoprene rubber and having a hook-shaped cross section is fitted into the recess formed by the portion 30 and the small flange portion 31. On the other hand, the interlocking body 7 includes a cylindrical portion 34 extending integrally and coaxially from the inner circumferential edge of the flange portion 33 of the cap body 3, and a cylindrical portion 34 that extends outward in cross section from the tip edge of this cylindrical portion and is bent inward at an angle. A thin ring-shaped neoprene rubber backing 36 is fitted and laid in a recess formed by the flange part 33, the cylindrical part 34, and the bent part 35.

The cap body 2 and the cylindrical combined body 6, which are integrally formed as described above, are divided into a lower part 16 and a lower part 17, as shown in FIG. 7, and the opposed bent pieces 18, 19, 20.

Next, a foaming solution made of polyurethane resin is injected through the through hole 15, and the foaming solution is injected into the spiral groove 8 of the corrugated pipe P1, the cylindrical portion I2 and the flange portion 13 of the cap body 2, and the partition piece 1.
4 is foamed and solidified in the cavity formed by the foamed synthetic resin layer 4. Of course, this foamed synthetic resin layer 4 allows the cap body 2 and the corrugated pipe P to be integrally connected, and improves the sealing performance between the inside and the outside of the corrugated pipe P. Note that before forming the foamed synthetic resin layer 4, the partition piece 14 is attached to the corrugated pipe P and the empty cap body 2.
However, what actually prevents relative movement between the corrugated pipe P and the cap body 2 during use is the foamed synthetic resin that has entered the groove 8 of the corrugated pipe P1. In other words, a large number of annular protrusions 28, 29 formed in a wrap-around shape on the back surface of the cap body 2.

The cylindrical combined body 6.7 and Cap body 2.3
and corrugated pipes P, , P, are brought to the burial site in the soil in an integrated state, and can be engaged simply by bringing the two cylindrical joints 6.7 close to each other in the coaxial direction. P+ and Pt can be combined (spliced). In other words, the annular backing 32 attached to one of the cylindrical joints PI
The hook-shaped portion deforms and rides over the bent portion 35 of the other cylindrical joint 7 and brings the annular backing 36 into close contact with the annular backing 36 in a press-fitting manner, thereby liquid-tightly connecting both the corrugated pipes Pl and P2.

(f) Effects of the Invention According to the present invention, specific cap bodies are fixed in advance to the joint side end portions of both corrugated pipes, and at the work site, the cylindrical joint bodies formed integrally with the cap bodies are simply engaged with each other. Both corrugated pipes can be joined using a chisel. Further, according to the present invention, since the cap body is fixed to the corrugated pipe by injecting the foaming solution into the gap between the two, the fixation is strong and a high sealing effect can be obtained.
