【考案の詳細な説明】
（考案の利用分野）
本考案は万引防止用の電波タグを各種商品に留
めるための留め具に係り、特に故意に取外すこと

即ち、留め具Ｆは固定ピン１と、固定キヤツプ
２とで構成される。固定ピン１は画鋲のような形
状を呈しており、拡大頭部３と柄部４とからな
り、柄部４の先端部分は衣料品等の商品Ｍに差し
込むことができるように鋭く尖つている。固定キ
ヤツプ２のハウジング５は合成樹脂で成形され、
開口６に続くテイパー面７を有する内空部８が形

もつて固定キヤツプ２から外ずそうとしてもスプ
リング１１によつて保持ボール９及び保持器１０
がテイパー面に弾発付勢されているので、保持ボ

（考案の目的）
本考案は上記のような諸欠点に鑑みてなされた
もので、故意に固定ピンを固定キヤツプから取外
すことができず、専用の取外し器具の使用によつ
てのみ取外しが可能な留め具を提供することを目

（考案の概要）
即ち、本考案は固定ピンの周縁部に独立回転す

を固定ピンに伝達できないようにした留め具であ

次に本考案の第一実施例を第２図と共に説明す
る。但し、従来技術を説明した第１図と同一部分

固定ピン１の拡大頭部３には、合成樹脂製の座

うに且つ拡大頭部３とは分離できないようになつ
ている。更に、座２０は中央に透孔２３を有して
いる。この座２０は材質のバネ性を利用して圧入
するか、もしくは固定ピン１と組合わせ後加熱又

以上の如く、本願考案の商品にタグ等を取付け
るための固定ピンと固定キヤツプとからなる留め
具は、固定ピンに対して、独立回転できると共
に、固定ピンの柄部に対する拡大頭部の少くとも
周縁部を覆う座を設けたものであるから、万引者
は固定ピンに対して実質的に力を作用させること
ができず、座を回転させても固定ピンとは独立し
て回転するのみであるから、故意の留め具の取外
し、即ち、商品からのタグ等の取外しを確実に防

Claims (1)
細長い柄部からなる固定ピンと、この固定ピンの
柄部による差し込み方向の動きは許容し、反差し
込み（引つ張り）方向の直線的な動きは防止する
固定キヤツプとからなる留め具であつて、前記固
定ピンに対して、独立回転できると共に、その拡
大頭部の少くとも周縁部を覆う座を設けたことを
