Abstract

PURPOSE:To reduce the number of parts and to make it enough to compose the parts in a reduced space as well by moving a head cleaning roller in making use of the movement of a tape guide. CONSTITUTION:When the tape guide 2 is moved, a rotary drum 1 is commenced to rotate, and when the tape guide 2 is further moved up into a certain position, the tape guide 2 is brought into contact with one end 24 of a supporting arm 21, and this end 24 is pushed out of a locus of the tape guide. By this motion, the cleaning roller 3 at the other end of the arm 21 is brought into contact with the rotary drum 1. Furthermore, when the tape guide is moved to come into a loading completion position, the arm 21 is restored to its original state by a spring 22, and hence the cleaning roller 3 is separated from the rotary drum 1. By this method, since an arm 21 to be operated by the movement of the tape guide 2 is utilized for an operation mechanism of the head cleaning roller 3, the number of parts can be reduced, while the space can also be reduced.
