Abstract

PURPOSE:To drastically decrease the burden of a progress control person concerning the development of a program and to report the concrete program condition of respective programs with a computer and displaying the condition as a visual progress condition by a graphic. CONSTITUTION:At the time of the deveolopment of the software used by a computer system, when the progress condition concerning the development of various programs to constitute the software is controlled, a registration correcting/ processing means A of the program operated by a central processing unit 1 displays the picture for registration and correction concerning the progress condition of the program at a console 2 and the result of the registration and correction concerning the progress condition of various programs executed by the console 2 is preserved in a program progress control file 3. Thus, the burden of the progress control person concerning the development of the pro- gram can be drastically decreased and the concrete progress condition can be reported to the development requester of the software.
