株)製エマルデン1の0.1%と、ポリビニルアルコー
ルA[信越化学工業(株)製PΔ−05(ケン化度88

化度98%)]またはポリアクリル酸[和光紬薬工業(
株)製(の′いずれか1種とを5%含有するポリビニル
アルコール水溶液またはポリアクリル酸を脱脂処理済ス
テンレス鋼板に塗布、常温乾燥することによりノニオン
系界面活性剤未含有および含有水溶性ポリマー皮膜を形
