Conventionally, when connecting a pair of wall panels 1, 1 with studs 7, side pieces 6, 6 were formed by bending them on both sides of a mounting piece 5, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2. Caulking pieces 14, 14 are formed at the upper or lower end of the stud 7, which has a U-shaped cross section, and the stud 7 is arranged between a pair of wall panels 1, 1, and the side piece 2 of the wall panel 1 is attached to the stud 7. Then, insert the joint support material 11 between the wall panels 1 and 1 from the front side of the wall panel 1, and screw it to the mounting piece 5 of the stud 7 with the mounting screw 12. Then, by inserting a joint material 13 into the joint groove 10 of the joint receiving material 11, the pair of wall panels 1, 1 were connected with good appearance. However, in this connection structure, the wall panel 1 and the stud 7 are connected to each other by a caulking piece 1 provided at the upper or lower end of the stud 7.
4, it is difficult to perform construction, and it is necessary to provide a notch 15 in the joint receiving material 11 to avoid the caulking piece 14, as shown in FIG. 3.

That is, in the present invention, a side piece 2 bent backward is formed at the side end of the wall panel 1, and an upper piece 3 and a lower piece bent backward are formed at the upper and lower ends of the wall panel 1, respectively. A stud 7 having a U-shaped cross section is formed by bending side pieces 6, 6 forward on both sides of the piece 5, and outer pieces 8, 8 are provided extending outwardly at the tips of both side pieces 6, 6, respectively. At the upper end of this outer piece 8, an elastic piece 9 is extended obliquely upward to the back, and the integral wall panels 1, 1 are arranged in a straight line with the side pieces 2, 2 facing each other with a gap between them, and both walls From the back side of the panels 1, 1, place the studs 7 on both sides 6, 6 inside the side pieces 2, 2 of the wall panel 1, and place the studs 7 between the upper piece 3 and the lower piece 4 of the wall panel 1. While inserting the outer piece 8, the elastic piece 9 is brought into elastic contact with the lower surface of the upper piece 3, and the pair of wall panels 1,
A joint receiving material 11 with joint grooves 10 formed vertically on the front side of the wall panel 1 is inserted between the side pieces 2 and 2 of the wall panel 1, and is screwed onto the mounting piece 5 of the stud 7 using the mounting screw 12. However, the above object is achieved by a wall panel connection structure in which a joint material 13 is inserted into the joint groove 10 from the front side of the wall panel 1.

The present invention will be explained in detail below with reference to Examples. As shown in Fig. 4, side pieces 2, 2 are formed at both ends of the wall panel 1, respectively, and are bent backward, and side pieces 2, 2 are formed at the upper and lower ends of the wall panel 1, respectively. An upper piece 3 and a lower piece are formed. A rising piece 16 further extends upwardly at the tip of the upper piece 3.
As shown in FIG. 5, the studs 7 are formed on both sides of the mounting piece 5 by bending side pieces 6, 6 forward to have a substantially U-shaped cross section with the front side open.
At the tip of 6, outer pieces 8, 8 extend outward. At the upper end of this outer piece 8, an elastic piece 9 having bending elasticity extends obliquely upwardly behind the stud 7.

Therefore, when connecting the pair of wall panels 1, 1, as shown in FIGS. and place them in a straight line, both wall panels 1,
Both side pieces 6, 6 of the stud 7 are arranged inside the side piece 2 of the wall panel 1 from the back side of the stud 1, and the outer piece 8 is inserted between the upper piece 3 and the lower piece of the wall panel 1. At this time, by pushing the stud 7 toward the wall panel 1, the elastic piece 9 is elastically deformed and comes into elastic contact with the lower surface of the upper piece 3 of the wall panel 1. In this state, the stud 7 is held by the frictional force between the elastic contact piece 9 and the lower surface of the upper piece 3, and does not easily come off from the wall panel 1. Next, from the front side of the wall panel 1, between the side pieces 2, 2 of the pair of wall panels 1, 1, a joint receiving material 11 having a joint groove 10 vertically recessed in the front surface as shown in FIG. and screw it onto the mounting piece 5 of the stud 7 with the mounting screw 12, and then insert the joint material 13 into the joint groove 10 of the joint receiving material 11 from the front side of the wall panel 1. and wall panel 1,1
It hides the seams in between.

As described above, the present invention involves arranging a pair of wall panels in a straight line with their side pieces facing each other with a gap in between, and inserting both sides of the stud from the back side of both wall panels to the inside of the side pieces of the wall panel. The outer piece of the stud is inserted between the upper and lower pieces of the wall panel, and the elastic piece is brought into elastic contact with the lower surface of the upper piece. By simply pushing the stud into the wall panel while placed inside the stud, it can be attached to the wall panel using the frictional force between the elastic piece and the lower surface of the upper part of the wall panel. There is no need to swage the panel, and the workability is good. Moreover, there is no need to provide a notch in the joint receiving material, and the processing of the member can be simplified.

A side piece bent backward is formed at the side edge of the wall panel, and an upper piece and a lower piece bent backward are formed at the upper and lower ends of the wall panel, respectively, and side pieces are bent forward on both sides of the mounting piece. At the tips of both sides of the stud, which is bent into a U-shaped cross section, an outer piece is extended outward,
At the upper end of this outer piece, an elastic piece is extended dorsally obliquely upward,
Arrange a pair of wall panels in a straight line with the side pieces facing each other with a gap in between, and from the back side of both wall panels, place both side pieces of the stud inside the side pieces of the wall panel, and then place the upper side of the wall panel. The outer piece of the stud is inserted between the upper piece and the lower piece, and the elastic piece is brought into elastic contact with the lower surface of the upper piece, so that joint grooves are formed vertically between the side pieces of the pair of wall panels from the front side of the wall panel to the front side. This wall panel connection structure is constructed by inserting the prepared joint material, screwing it onto the mounting piece of the stud with a mounting screw, and inserting the joint material into the joint groove from the front side of the wall panel.
