Abstract

PURPOSE:To retain the outer shape of a cop regardless of the residual quantity of the cop and to smoothly let out a thread to the end by providing a high- friction member on a contacting portion of the inner surface of a rotating hook bobbin case holder with the cop and sticking adhesive material to the outer peripheral surface of the cop. CONSTITUTION:When a cop R is installed in a rotating hook bobbin case holder 1, a very small needle-like member 4b of a high friction member 4 is thrust in the base portion Ra of the cop R. Accordingly, if sewing operation proceeds and the residual quantity of the cop R becomes a little, the remaining cop R is retained at a position where it is installed by the needle-like member 4b not to deform the outer shape, so that a bobbin thread can be smoothly let out to the end. As the needle-like member 4b is very small, it will not obstruct let-out of the bobbin thread I1. Further, if threads positioned on the outer peripheral surface of the cop R are bonded by adhesive member on the outer peripheral surface of the cop R, for example, by paraffin or the like, even if the residual quantity of the cop decreases, the cop R will not be deformed so that the bobbin thread can be let out smoothly.

[Detailed Description of the Invention] [Industrial Field of Application] This invention is a method for preventing deformation of thread for a sewing machine, which prevents deformation due to consumption of the winding thread, which is formed by winding bobbin thread into a cylindrical shape without using a bobbin. [Prior Art] Currently, attempts are being made in sewing machines to use a winding thread R in which a bobbin thread is wound into a cylindrical shape as shown in FIG.

This winding thread R is stored directly in the inner hook and is used by pulling out the thread end I from the center, and is different from the conventional bobbin B.
(See FIG. 5) has various advantages compared to the case of using.

For example, bobbin B generates a large inertia during rotation due to the weight of itself and the thread, so it may spin idly in the inner hook, and the weight of the bobbin thread wound on the bobbin changes as the bobbin thread is consumed. Although the stability of the thread tension is poor, the winding thread R does not rotate within the inner hook and almost no inertia is generated on the bobbin thread, so stable tension can be obtained. Moreover, there is no need for bobbin B or a bobbin case. , it has the advantage that it can be constructed at low cost.

[Problems to be Solved by the Invention] However, since the thread is pulled out from the center of the thread R, the inner diameter R1 of the thread R expands as the thread is consumed to a certain extent. The circular shape of the winding thread R, which was held by the polymerization of the threads until now, collapses, and the thread cannot be smoothly fed out.In some cases, the broken threads become entangled, and thread breakage occurs concentrated at the outlet of the inner hook. There was a problem.

This invention has been made by focusing on the above-mentioned problem, and is a winding machine for sewing machines that can always maintain the outer shape when installed, regardless of the amount of thread remaining, and can smoothly unwind thread until the end. The purpose is to provide a structure that prevents yarn from losing its shape.

[Function] In the configuration (A) above, the winding yarn stored in the inner hook is prevented from moving due to vibration with the high friction member, and in the configuration (I7) above, the outer periphery of the winding yarn is prevented from moving. Since the outer shape is maintained by the adhesive force of the sticky substance attached to the surface, the thread can be smoothly fed out even if the remaining amount is small. This will be explained in conjunction with FIGS. 1 to 3.

In the figure, reference numeral 1 denotes a hollow cylindrical inner hook having a removable lid 2, which is rotatably fitted into an outer hook 3 which rotates in synchronization with the upper shaft of the sewing machine. Further, 4 is a high friction member laid on the inner surface of the bottom portion 1a of the inner pot 1. This high friction member 4 is
As shown in FIGS. 3(a) and 3(b), a large number of minute needle-like bodies 4b are integrally formed on the upper surface of a plastic disc 4a. In FIG. 2, numeral 5 denotes a bobbin thread take-out hole formed in the lid 2 of the inner hook 1, 6 a slit for introducing the bobbin thread from the side of the lid 2 into the take-out hole 5, and 7 a slot for introducing the bobbin thread into the take-out hole 5. A hook-shaped piece 8 is used to prevent the bobbin thread from being pulled out from the slit 6, and 8 is a leaf spring that applies a predetermined tension to the bobbin thread. The thread work 1 is guided through the slit 6 and under the hook-shaped piece 7 into the extraction hole 5, and further passed under the leaf spring 8 and taken out from one end 8a of the leaf spring 8. .

In the above configuration, when the thread R is attached to the inner hook 1, the minute needle-shaped body 4b of the high friction member 4 is inserted into the bottom surface Ra of the thread R. Therefore, even if the sewing operation progresses and the remaining amount of the winding thread R decreases, the remaining winding thread R will be used for the needle-shaped body 4b.
It is held in place when worn, and its shape does not collapse. Therefore, the bobbin thread can be smoothly let out until after R. Note that since the needle-shaped body 4b is minute, the feeding of the bobbin thread 11 is not hindered.

Further, in the above embodiment, the high friction member 4 is attached to the bottom portion of the inner pot 1.
Although the case where it is provided in a is shown, it can be installed in other parts as long as it is in contact with the winding thread R, such as the circumferential surface of the inner pot 1 or the lid part 2.
A similar effect can be expected even if it is provided on the inner surface.

Furthermore, in the above embodiment, a case is described in which a member having a large number of needle-like bodies 4b is used as the high friction member 4, but other materials such as adhesive tape, sandpaper, etc. can be used as the high friction member. The material is not limited to the above embodiments, as long as it can generate a frictional force between the winding thread R and the winding thread R to the extent that the winding thread R does not shift.
