本考案は、段ボール等の厚紙を素材として形成
されるいわゆる段ボール箱の改良に関し、特にL
形の被包装物を容易に収容でき且つ全面を確実に
遮蔽・保護できるとともに従来装置を用いて効率

て、第2図、第3図の矢印の如く、それぞれの分
割部材の短い方の側板部3b,3b′に連成された
フラツプ4b,4′b,4b,4′bを内方に折曲
げた後に長い方の側板部3a,3′aに連成され
たフラツプ4a,4′a,4a,4′aを交互に内
方に折曲げて重ね合せれば、各フラツプの展開部
材での高さすなわち組立構成時の各フラツプ4
a,4b,4′a,4′bの幅がそれぞれ分割部材
の巾板部1,1′の幅と略同一であるので上下の
各開放面の全面が遮蔽可能であり、並びに各フラ
ツプを引き起こせば再び開放可能となる。ここ
で、各フラツプの幅は、各分割部材を形成した際
の巾板部の内幅と同一に設定されるのが望ましい
ものである。それぞれの分割部材の幅、すなわち
巾板部の幅はL形被物のサイズに応じて、設定さ

すようにそれぞれの対面側板部を近接折畳めば偏
平化可能でさらにL形の角を中心に内方へ折畳み
が可能となるので非常に小さくなり多数の本包装
箱の収納に際し省スペース化を実現でき且つ輸送
時にも至便であり輸送コスト低減も期待できる。
なお、4c,4′cで示される巾板部1,1′上下
縁に連成されたフラツプは、必ずしも必要ではな
いが、展開部材の製造時の切断作業を省き且つ箱
の上下開放面の遮蔽保護を増強するものであると
ころからあえて除く必要もないものである。L形
筒状包装箱を形成する双方の展開部材をそれぞれ
中間の折曲線及びスリツトが3条以内で構成可能
となしたので通常の段ボール箱製造用の従来装
置、いわゆるスロツターで製造可能となり、変
形々状の包装箱であつても容易に大量生産可能で

略同一に設定したので、箱体を構成した際の上下
開放面の全面をL形変形面であつても確実に遮蔽
保護することができるのである。又、当該展開部
材の中間に存在する折曲線及びスリツトを3条以
内となしたので通常装置での大量生産が可能で製
