Conventionally, in order to protect a packaged object that has been deformed into an L-shape according to its deformed shape, for example, a cardboard packaging sheet is cut into an appropriate shape and connected using an adhesive tape or the like. Boxes were manufactured individually according to the shape, and in particular, the gap 6 that could not be covered due to the butt flaps as shown in FIG. 6 was shielded and protected with a separate member. For this reason, the individual work is time consuming and packaging costs tend to increase, and the finished appearance is also problematic.

The details of the present invention will be explained based on the attached drawings.
FIG. 1 shows one unfolding member A and the other unfolding member A′ in an embodiment of an L-shaped cylindrical packaging box in which the width of one width plate portion 1 and the width of the other width plate portion 1′ are different. . Both of these basically consist of the width plate part 1,
On both sides of 1', side plate parts 3,
3', and in the illustrated example, the entire upper and lower edges of the width plate parts 1, 1' and the side plate parts 3, 3', but at least the side plate parts 3, 3'.
3'Flap 4, via the fold line 2, ... on the upper and lower edges.
..., 4'... are coupled together. In setting the dimensions, the heights of the side plate parts 3, 3' are made the same, the heights of the flaps 4,..., 4'... are made approximately the same as the widths of the respective width plate parts 1, 1', and In the deployable member, the lengths of the side plates on both sides of the width plate are set so that one is shorter than the other by the width of the width plate of the other deployable member, and one open side of the side plate that is set to be long or short. It is formed by extending connecting pieces 5 on different sides of the edge.

Therefore, using these unfolding members, firstly, the both side plate parts 3a,
3b, 3'a, and 3'b are each bent inward at right angles and made to face each other to form a pair of divided members, and then the longer sides of the open side edges of the side plate parts 3 and 3' of each divided member are aligned. 3a, 3'a and the shorter one 3b,
3'b are connected by adhesion or riveting using the connecting pieces 5, 5, the height of both width plate parts 1, 1',
That is, since the heights of one side plate part 3 and the other side plate part 3' are the same, and the difference in length of both side plate parts of one deployable member is the same as the width of the width plate part of the other deployable member, As shown in FIG. 2, an L-shaped cylindrical packaging box bent at right angles with open upper and lower surfaces is formed. Then, as shown by the arrows in FIGS. 2 and 3, the flaps 4b, 4'b, 4b, 4'b connected to the shorter side plate portions 3b, 3b' of each divided member are folded inward. After bending, if the flaps 4a, 4'a, 4a, 4'a connected to the longer side plate parts 3a, 3'a are alternately bent inward and overlapped, the unfolded members of each flap can be , i.e. each flap 4 in the assembled configuration.
Since the widths of a, 4b, 4'a, and 4'b are approximately the same as the widths of the width plates 1 and 1' of the dividing member, the entire upper and lower open surfaces can be shielded, and each flap can be shielded. If triggered, it can be opened again. Here, the width of each flap is desirably set to be the same as the inner width of the width plate portion when each divided member is formed. The width of each divided member, that is, the width of the width plate part, is set according to the size of the L-shaped covering. In Fig. 4, the width of the width plate part of both divided members is set to be the same. An example is shown in which an L-shaped cylindrical packaging box with a uniform width is formed. In this case, the sum of the width of the width plate part 1 and the length of the shorter side plate part 3b is equal to the length of the longer side plate part 3a, so as shown in FIG. It can be flattened by folding close together, and it can also be folded inward around the L-shaped corners, making it extremely small, saving space when storing a large number of book packaging boxes, and making it convenient for transportation. It can also be expected to reduce transportation costs.
Note that the flaps connected to the upper and lower edges of the width plate parts 1 and 1' indicated by 4c and 4'c are not necessarily necessary, but they can save cutting work during the manufacture of the deployable member, and can be used to improve the shape of the upper and lower open surfaces of the box. Since it enhances shielding protection, there is no need to remove it. Since both deployable members forming an L-shaped cylindrical packaging box can be constructed with no more than three fold lines and slits in the middle, they can be manufactured using a conventional device for manufacturing ordinary corrugated cardboard boxes, a so-called slotter, and can be deformed. Packaging boxes of various shapes can be easily mass-produced.

The L-shaped cylindrical packaging box of the present invention constructed as described above is composed of two deployable members forming divided members separated at their bent portions, and the length of the side panels on both sides of the width plate of one deployable member is Since one side is set to be shorter than the other by the width of the width plate of the other deployable member, by connecting the long side edges of the side plate parts of each divided member and the short sides together, an L-shaped bend is created. The width of the flap is set to be approximately the same as the width of the width plate of the unfolded member to which the flap is connected, so that the entire top and bottom open surfaces when the box is constructed are L. Even if the surface is deformed, it can be reliably shielded and protected. Furthermore, since the number of folding lines and slits in the middle of the deployable member is limited to three or less, mass production using normal equipment is possible, and a reduction in manufacturing costs can be expected.
