FC infusion is effectively used for blood replacement in patients with massive bleeding. This FC infusion
In PTCA therapy, it is used in an oxygenated form; in this case, oxygen is added to the FC infusion by delivering sterilizing oxygen to the bottom of the bag, causing air bubbles to rise into the infusion, and expelling the oxygen that has reached the liquid surface. This is the simplest method to operate, but an infusion bag that allows for easy oxygen delivery and drainage has not yet been put into practical use.

In the first embodiment shown in FIG. 1, 1 is a transparent bag, which is made by stacking two pieces of soft plastic cut into vertically long rectangles and fusing the four edges 2 to 5 to form a flat bag. The upper and lower left corners 6, 6 are welded diagonally to form hanging holes 7-8. An infusion outlet 10 and an exhaust outlet 1 are located in the center of the upper edge 2 of such a bag.
1 is provided, a partition 12 is fused along the right side edge 5 to form a flow path 13, an air supply port 14 is provided at its upper end, and its lower end communicates with the lower part of the bag 1.
As shown in FIG. 2, the outlet 10 is formed by inserting a short plastic cylinder 15 into the upper edge 2 of the bag and fusing them together, and inserting an end face 16 at a position slightly beyond the outer end of the cylinder 15. A rubber stopper 17 is fitted into the outer end of the tube, and a lid piece 19 having a grip 18 is placed over the outer end. The configurations of the exhaust port 11 and the air supply port 14 are the same as the infusion port 10. To inject the FC infusion into this bag 1, hang the upper hanging hole 7 on the hook of the stand, hang it in a vertical position, and pierce the bottle needle connected to the FC infusion tank into the injection port (not shown). After injecting a predetermined amount of FC infusion a into the bag using the injection device, the injection port is melt-sealed. It should be noted that the infusion device for infusion is not illustrated because it is not related to the present invention.

To oxygenate the FC infusion, hook the upper hanging hole 7 onto the hook of the stand, and attach the sterilization filter 2.
0 is connected to an oxygen tank (not shown), the bottle needle 22 inserted at the tip of this tube is inserted into the air supply port 14, and the sterilization filter 24 is inserted.
A bottle needle 23 having a diameter is inserted into the exhaust port 11. When these preparations are completed and sterilized oxygen is sent into the flow path 13 from the air supply port 14, this oxygen descends through the flow path, flows into the lower part of the bag 1 from its lower end, and becomes bubbles b... Oxygen that rises inside the infusion a and reaches the liquid level is discharged from the bottle needle 23, and as the bubbles b rise, oxygen is added to the FC infusion to oxygenate the FC infusion as desired. When the oxygenation process is finished, the bottle needle 2
2 and 23, hook the lower hanging hole 8 to the hook of the stand, put the bag 1 in an inverted position, and insert the bottle needle inserted into the tube of the infusion set (not shown) into the opening 10. , a catheter provided at the tip of this tube is introduced into the patient's blood vessel to perform FC.
Infuse intravenous fluids into the patient.
