[Background Art] For example, furniture 1 such as a sink is often provided with a hanging cabinet above it. At this time, when putting things in and out of the hanging cupboard, it may be necessary to use a step stool such as a stepladder because the hanging cupboard is installed at a high position. In addition, it is troublesome to bring a step stool each time, and it is very time-consuming to take out a step stool that has been stored in a different location, carry it, and then carry it and store it again after use. . Here, Furniture 1 has figures 10 and 11.
An architrave 2 as shown in the figure is attached along the peripheral edge of its lower end. The inside of this architrave 2 is an unused space, that is, a dead space.
Therefore, the inventors of the present invention have conducted various studies on using the inside of the architrave 2 as a storage place for a step stool so that the step stool can be used immediately when putting things in and out of the hanging cabinet above the furniture 1. That is, a part of the architrave 2 is cut out to make an opening, and the storage body is freely pulled out and inserted into an outer box attached to the inside of this opening, and the foldable step stool is stored in the storage body. Then, the storage body is pulled out from the opening of the architrave 2, and a step stool is assembled so as to be erected on the storage body, and the user climbs onto the step stool to take things in and out of the hanging cabinet. However, at this time, the storage object may naturally come out from the outer box to the outside of the architrave due to vibrations, etc., and if the storage object is protruded outside the architrave in this way, the storage object will end up on the floor. A problem arises in that a person walking on the floor is at risk of stumbling over this housing due to its protruding position.

As shown in FIG. 1, an opening 3 is formed at one location in the architrave 2 of the furniture 1, and a storage object 5 can be freely pulled out and inserted into the architrave 2 through this opening 3. The opening 3 part of the architrave 2 has a fifth
Side plates 14, 14 on both sides and back plate 18 as shown in the figure
An outer box 7 formed by a reinforcing bar 19 is attached, and the storage body 5 is inserted into the outer box 7 as shown in FIG. As shown in FIG. 2, the storage body 5 is formed into a drawer shape with top and bottom openings by assembling a front plate 4, left and right side plates 11, 11, and a back plate 12 into a frame shape. 4 is made of the same material as the architrave 2, and for example, the same decorative sheet as that to be pasted on the surface of the architrave 2 is pasted so that the surfaces are the same. Therefore, when the storage body 5 is inserted into the outer box 7 through the opening 3 so that the surface of the front plate 4 and the surface of the architrave 2 are flush with each other, the front plate 4 of the storage body 5 becomes a part of the architrave 2. It will appear as if there is. In addition, rail grooves 2 are provided on the inner side of each side plate 11 of the storage body 5.
3 is recessed, and a shaft hole 8 is provided in the front part of each side plate 11 so as to penetrate from the inside to the outside. A bearing plate 16 with a protruding cylindrical piece 15 is attached to the inner surface of the storage body 5 with screws or the like.
The cylinder piece 15 of No. 6 is inserted into the shaft hole 8 as shown in FIG. Rotating shaft 10 of the step stool 6 described later
is rotatably held in the shaft hole 8 by a cylindrical piece 15. Here, since the shaft hole 8 is provided penetrating the inside and outside of the side plate 11, the rotation shaft 10
can be inserted from the outside of the storage body 5, making it easier to attach the step stool 6 into the storage body 5. Further, a soft cap 13 made of rubber or resin material is fitted and attached to the shaft hole 8 from the outside, and the cap 13 prevents the shaft hole 8 from being exposed to the outside. It's like this. A flange piece 17 formed protruding from the outer end of the cap 13 is made to protrude to the outer side of the side plate 11. Here, the caps 13, 13 on the side plates 11, 11 on both sides of the storage body 5
The distance between the outer end surfaces of the collar pieces 17, 17 is set slightly larger than the distance between the inner surfaces of the side plates 14, 14 on both sides of the outer box 7, and as shown in FIG. When inserted into the outer box 7, the outer box 7
The flange piece 17 of the cap 13 rubs against the inner surface of the side plate 14 of the cap.

Further, a slide shaft 35 is attached to the lower end of each leg 27, and a rotation shaft 10 is attached to the lower end of each leg 24. And the rotation axis 10 is the storage body 5
Bearing plate 1 for the shaft hole 8 bored in the side plate 11 of
The slide shaft 35 is inserted into the rail groove 23 of the side plate 11, respectively, and the step stool 6 is installed in the storage body 5 in this way. This step stool 6 is erected with the front legs 26 and rear legs 30 open, with the slide shaft 35 positioned at the rear end of the rail groove 23, as shown in FIG. 9a.
The top plates 25 and 28 are located above the storage body 5, and it is possible to climb onto the top plates 25 and 28.
At this time, the recess 38 of the top plate 28 of the rear leg 30 is engaged with the engagement pin 39, and the top plate 28 is maintained in a horizontal state. In folding the step stool 6 erected in this way within the storage body 5,
First, as shown in FIG. 9b, slide the slide shaft 35 along the rail groove 23 to separate the front legs 26 and rear legs 30.

Therefore, the storage body 5 with the step stool 6 attached as described above is opened from the opening 3 of the architrave 2 of the furniture 1 into the outer box 7 inside the architrave 2 in the state shown by arrow A in FIG. When putting things in and taking them out of the hanging cabinet installed above the furniture 1, first grasp the handle 41 attached to the top of the front panel 4 of the storage unit 5. Pull out the storage body 5 with . After pulling out the storage body 5 in this way, assemble the step stool 6 in the reverse order of FIGS. 9a to 9d and stand it upright in the storage body 5.
Top plate 2 of step stool 6 assembled as shown by arrow B in the figure
Climb on top of 5 and 28 and take things in and out of the hanging cabinet. Here, when the storage body 5 is inserted into the outer box 7 inside the architrave 2, the flange piece 17 of the cap 13 of the storage body 5 is exposed to the side plate 14 of the outer box 7 as shown in FIG. Because they are in contact with each other, the container 5 will not come out naturally from the outer box 7 due to vibration or the like. Also, the flange piece 17 of the cap 13 is attached to the outer box 7.
Although the sliding contact with the side plate 14 of the outer box 7 causes a slight loss of smoothness, there is no particular problem in taking the storage object 5 in and out of the outer box 7. Rather, the side plate 1 of the outer box 7
Since the side plate 11 of the storage body 5 is prevented from being scratched by the side plate 11 of the storage body 5, it is possible to prevent the side plate 11 of the storage body 5 from being scratched and spoiling its appearance.
As shown in FIG. 7, an insertion hole 20 is formed at the rear of the side plate 11 of the storage body 5, and a soft contact tool 21 made of rubber or resin is inserted into the insertion hole 20 on the outside of the side plate 11. If it is attached so as to protrude in the opposite direction, the rear part of the side plate 11 of the storage body 5 is also prevented from rubbing against the side plate 14 of the outer box 7 by the abutting tool 21, and this abutting tool 2
1 comes into elastic contact with the side plate 14 of the outer box 7, so that the storage body 5
This means that it is possible to further prevent the liquid from naturally coming out of the outer box 7. Reference numeral 22 in FIG. 7 is a caster attached to the rear part of the storage body 5.

[Effects of the invention] As mentioned above, in the present invention, a part of the architrave of the furniture is cut out to open on the front side of the furniture, and an outer box with an open front is attached inside this opening. A frame-shaped storage body is inserted into the outer box through the opening of the architrave so that it can be freely pulled out, and a foldable step stool is attached to the storage body so that it can be stored freely, so that it becomes a dead space inside the architrave of the furniture. The step stool can be stored and used immediately by using the space inside the storage body.In addition, shaft holes are bored in the side panels on both sides of the storage body, and a shaft hole is formed inside the storage body. The rotating shaft attached to the leg of the step stool is rotatably inserted into the shaft hole from the inside, and the soft caps are fitted and attached from the outside into the shaft holes of both side plates, and the outer end of each cap is attached. The outer edge of the cap protrudes from the outer surface of the side plate, and the distance between the outer end surfaces of the cap is set slightly larger than the distance between the inner surfaces of the side plates on both sides of the outer box. is formed on the side plate to attach the step stool to the architrave to prevent the cap from coming into elastic contact with the side plate of the outer box and causing the storage unit to inadvertently come out from the outer box to the outside of the architrave due to vibration, etc. This can be prevented by using a cap to hide the shaft hole.

A part of the architrave of the furniture is cut out to open on the front side of the furniture, and an outer box with an open front is attached to the inside of this opening, and a frame-shaped storage body is placed outside the architrave opening. It is inserted into the box so that it can be pulled out freely, and a shaft hole that penetrates the inside and outside is bored in the side panels on both sides of the storage body, and a foldable step stool is placed inside the storage body, and the rotation axis attached to the foot of the step stool is attached to the center of the box. The caps are rotatably inserted into the holes, and soft caps are fitted and attached from the outside into the shaft holes of both side plates, so that the outer ends of each cap protrude from the outer surface of the side plates.
This furniture architrave step storage structure is constructed by setting the distance between the outer end surfaces of the cap to be slightly larger than the distance between the inner surfaces of the side plates on both sides of the outer box.
