グ8を定着し、それらで上記振動部2を支持す
る。9は篩板5に連設したシユートで、打粉処理
の終了した麺線等を次工程へ供給するためのもの
である。シユート9の向きは任意に変更しうるも
のとしてもよく、また、二方向に分岐させたもの
であつてもよい。後者の場合、振動板4から篩板
5にかけ、縦方向に仕切壁を設けると、麺線等を
確実に二手に分けることができる。10は粉振
機、11はインバータ制御器である。

するので、麺線等は振動板4上に貯まつた粉の上
を進んでいくことになる。その結果、粉は麺線等
の表裏両面及び左右側面に満遍なく付着する。次
に麺線等は、篩板5へと乗り移り、更に振動を受
けつつ前進し続けるが、篩板5上において余分な
粉が篩い落とされ、篩板5のメツシユあるいは小
孔から落ちて回収ホツパー6内に集められる。振
動板4上に落ちて麺線等に付着しなかつた粉も振
動に伴つて徐々に前進し、篩板5から落下して回
収ホツパー6内に回収される。その際麺屑等はメ
ツシユや小孔を通らないので、確実に粉のみを回
収することができ、そのままで再利用が可能とな
る。続いて麺線等はシユート9に達し、更に振動
を受けてシユート9の向きに進行し、次工程へ送
られる。以上の過程において麺線等は、ジヤンピ
ングし続けて相互に衝突し合うことにより、手揉
みと同様の効果が得られる。なお、麺線等の進行
速度は、インバータ制御器11を介して振動の大
