子及びその取付方法の欠点を解消するためになさ
れたものであり、複数個の端子を基板へ同時に取
り付けることが可能であつて、かつ半田接合時の
熱の影響を受けにくい基板接続用端子装置を提供
することを目的とする。

されて一体となつているので、上記端子装置を基
板に取り付けるまでは各端子を一体として取扱う
ことができ、複数個の端子を基板へ同時に取り付
けることが可能となる。また上記基板接続用端子
装置には、帯状部材から各端子を分離するための
折曲分断用薄肉部、例えば切欠きが形成されてい
るので、その部分を手で容易に分断させて帯状部
材から各端子を分離することができる。また、本
発明に係る基板接続用端子装置は、取付部として
の突起がU字状又は鍵状に剪断した部分にて囲ま
れた部分を未剪断部分にて折り曲げたものである
ため、その突起自体の断面積は小さく熱伝導しに
くく、半田接合時の熱による悪影響を防止するこ
とができる。

発明の効果 以上詳述したように本発明の基板接続用端子装

Claims (1)

になされた取付部側帯状部材と、上記各端子の脚
部側の先端に夫々連結されて一体になされた脚部
側帯状部材と、上記各端子と上記各々の帯状部材
との連結部分又はその近傍に形成され、上記各々
の帯状部材から上記各端子を分離するための折曲
分断用薄肉部とを備え、上記各端子の取付部は、
上記各端子の中央部において未剪断部分が相対向
するように形成されたU字状又は鍵状に剪断した
部分にて囲まれた部分をその未剪断部分にて折り
曲げることにより上記各端子の並列する方向に対
して垂直に形成された1対の突起より構成したこ
とを特徴とする基板接続用端子装置。
