Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable an electric circuit plate to be easily made of heavy walled sheet metal by bending the form of the electric circuit plate which extinguishes an arc generated at the time of contact opening and making the bending angle small. CONSTITUTION:A contact device is formed with an electric circuit plate 10 with a fixed contact 16, a yoke 21 made of magnetic substance which is joined to the electric circuit plate 10 through a holder 22, a movable contact 17 and the like. An arc generated at the time of contact opening runs on the electric circuit plate 10 so as to be extinguished by the action of the magnetic field due to a current flowing in the electric circuit plate 10. The electric circuit plate 10 is formed with the first electric circuit piece 11 and the second electric circuit piece 12 which are linked together at a gentle angle mutually, also a contact plate 15 with the fixed contact 16 is formed in the opening portion 14 of a bending portion 13 so as to be linked to the electric circuit plate 10 at a gentle angle. Accordingly, the matching of the electric circuit plate 10 which has trouble in heavy walled sheeting is facilitated in contact device forming parts.

[Prior Art] As a conventional contact device of this type, as shown in FIG.
There is one in which a substantially U-shaped drive coil 18 is formed on the side of the fixed contact 16. This drive coil 18 has the effect of stretching the arc by electromagnetic force by applying a magnetic field to the arc generated when the contact is opened. Effective for quickly extinguishing arcs.

[Problems to be Solved by the Invention] However, since the drive coil 18 is formed in a substantially U-shape, bent portions 19 with large bending angles are formed at both ends of the drive coil 18. It is necessary to use relatively thin sheet metal that is easy to process. Further, since the bending angle is large, there is also the problem that if a thick sheet metal is used, the bending portion 19 is likely to be pinched.

[Means for Solving Problem 11] In order to achieve the above object, the present invention includes a contact plate to which a fixed contact that forms a contact portion together with a movable contact is fixed, and a contact portion disposed on the side of the contact plate. The circuit board is equipped with a circuit board continuous to one end of the contact plate so that current flows in the opposite direction to the contact plate when the circuit is closed, and a yoke made of a magnetic material having a slit into which the contact part is inserted. The first electric circuit piece and the second electric circuit piece, each formed in a flat plate shape, are formed in a continuous shape through a bent part, and the contact plate approaches the intermediate part of the second electric circuit piece from the intermediate part of the first electric circuit piece. By protruding in this direction, the vicinity of the bent portion of the electric circuit board is made to protrude toward the fixed contact side with respect to the contact plate.

[Function] According to the above configuration, since the vicinity of the bent portion protrudes toward the fixed contact with respect to the contact plate, this portion performs the same function as the drive coil. Further, since the electric circuit board is bent to form a bent part between the flat first electric circuit piece and the second electric circuit piece, and the contact plate is simply bent with respect to the first electric circuit piece. The number of bent parts is small, and the angle of bending can be made relatively small. As a result, thick sheet metal can be processed and formed. Furthermore, due to the presence of the yoke, the arc stretched by the drive coil can be further stretched by the action of a so-called slot motor, and the arc can be efficiently extinguished.

[Example] As shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, a circuit board 10 is formed of a conductive rectangular sheet metal. Each electric circuit board 10 has a flat first electric circuit piece 11! Il! 12 electric circuit pieces 12 are formed in a continuous shape via one side 213 of the electric circuit, and an opening 14 is formed so as to straddle the bent portion 13 . A contact plate 15 extends from the periphery of the rfIA port 14 on the first electrical circuit piece 11 side, with its tip end facing the periphery of the $2 electrical circuit segment 12@. A fixed contact 16, which together with the movable contact 17 constitutes a contact portion, is fixed to the surface of the @. A portion of the contact plate 15 from the fixed contact 16 to the tip functions as an arc running plate. Here, the first electric circuit piece 11 and the second electric circuit piece 1

By the way, in the part extending from the side to the top of the circuit board 10,
A yoke 21 made of a magnetic material and having a U-shaped cross section and opening downward is provided. That is, this seek 21 has a pair of legs disposed on both sides of the contact portion, and a middle piece that bridges the legs above the maximum opening distance of the movable contact 17. , the contact portion is inserted into the slot surrounded by both leg pieces and the middle piece. The yoke 21 is coupled to the circuit board 10 via a holder 22 made of a synthetic resin molded product. The holder 22 has a groove 23 into which the lower end of the yoke 21 fits, a seven-rank piece 24 shaped along the surface of the circuit board 10, and an opening 11s14.
An insertion piece 25 to be inserted therein is formed to protrude from the lower end. This holder 22 couples the seek 21 to the circuit board 10 and covers the inner peripheral surface of the yoke 21.
It has the function of an insulating wall that prevents the arc generated when the contact portion is opened from jumping to the yoke 21. Holder 22
As the material for forming the arc, it is desirable to select a well-known synthetic resin material that generates pyrolysis gas when an arc occurs.

However, from the state in which the contact part is in Wi polarity as shown in FIG. 4(1), the contact part becomes open as shown in FIG. 4(b) and becomes 7.
- When arc A is generated, the magnetic field generated near the bending part 13 by the current flowing through the circuit board 10 acts on the arc A, and an electromagnetic force is generated that urges the arc A toward the left in Fig. 4. . As a result, the lower end of the arc A moves toward the tip side of the contact plate 15, and as the opening distance of the contact part increases further, the lower end of the arc A moves to the second electrical circuit section as shown in FIG. 4(c). It will jump to 12. In this state, arc A
Among the magnetic fields generated around the arc, the magnetic field outside the arc passes through the inside of the yoke 21, so the magnetic field around the arc A itself acts on the arc A, creating an electromagnetic force that stretches the arc A upward. (so-called slot motor),
In addition, thermal decomposition gas is generated from the holder 22 due to the heat of the arc A, which cools the arc A and speeds up its extinguishment.
The arc is rapidly extinguished.

[Effect of the Invention 1] As described above, the present invention comprises a contact plate to which a fixed contact that forms a contact portion together with a movable contact is fixed, and a contact plate that is arranged on the side of the contact plate and when the contact portion is closed. A first circuit board comprising a circuit board continuous to one end of the contact plate so that current flows in the opposite direction, and a yoke made of a magnetic material having a slit into which a contact part is inserted, and each circuit board is formed into a flat plate shape. The electric circuit piece and the second electric circuit piece are formed in a continuous shape through a bent part,
A contact plate is provided to protrude from the middle part of the first electrical circuit piece toward the middle part of the second electrical circuit piece, and the vicinity of the bent part of the electrical circuit board is made to protrude toward the fixed contact side with respect to the contact plate. Since the vicinity of the bent portion protrudes toward the fixed contact with respect to the contact plate, this portion has the same effect as the drive coil. In addition, the electric circuit plate is bent to form a bent part between the flat first electric circuit piece and the second electric circuit piece, and the ζ plate is only bent in contact with the first electric circuit piece. Because of this, there are fewer bent parts and the angle of bending can be made relatively small, which has the advantage that it can be formed by processing a sheet metal of a certain thickness. moreover,
Due to the presence of the yoke, the arc drawn by the drive coil can be further stretched by the action of a so-called slot motor, so the arc can be extinguished efficiently.
