The switchboard is called a cut-free type mosaic panel, and unlike conventional mosaic or steel plate structure panels, the panel surface is a grid-like panel in which square hollow blocks made of metal or plastic are mechanically connected to each other. It consists of a frame, and various instruments and equipment are arranged and stored in the squares at the desired positions, and tiles (mostly made of plastic molding) are placed on the surface of the other squares to match the hollow blocks.
It is known that the panel surface is constructed by attaching a

The features of this cut-free mosaic panel are:
When changing the position of instruments and equipment installed on the panel surface, adding new ones, or abolishing them, it is necessary to cut the grid (referred to as a grid), which is a disadvantage of conventional mosaic panels, and disadvantages of conventional steel plate structure panels. The advantage is that instruments and equipment can be mounted in any position without the need for drilling and without reducing the rigidity of the entire panel.

As shown in Fig. 1, a conventional decorative frame for a mosaic panel is a long decorative frame 1a made of aluminum extrusion and having a T-shaped cross section on the outer periphery of the mosaic panel.
1b according to the dimensions of the outer periphery of the mosaic panel, and as shown in the detailed sectional view of the decorative frame attachment part in FIG. 2 and the side view of the same in FIG. Engage the notch part of the mounting rod 3, and then fit the pipe-shaped collar 4 into the engagement part, insert the groove of the collar 4 into the crosspiece 2a, and then tighten the mounting screws 6 to secure the decorative frames 1a, 1b.
The other end of the attachment rod 3 is inserted into the L-shaped metal fitting 5 attached to the frame, and a nut is attached to the part to fix the decorative frames 1a and 1b to the mosaic panel.

Therefore, in this case, it is not possible to insert a lamp socket or the like into the recess 7 of the lattice of the hollow block because of the L-shaped fittings 5, mounting rods 3, and collars 4, and the long T-shaped Cross-section aluminum decorative frame 1
A and 1b are fixed as shown in Fig. 4 to fix each side of the mosaic panel at 2 or 3 points as shown in Fig. 1 using the L-shaped fittings 5, mounting rods 3, and collars 4 as shown in Fig. 4. Between the tile 8 and the decorative frame 1a or 1b, and between the casing iron plate 9 and the decorative frame 1.
Gaps g 1 and g 2 were created between a and 1b, requiring troublesome adjustment.

The corner decorative frame F corresponds to the hollow block A, and is used as a decorative frame when the 10 protruding hollow blocks A are located at the corners of the panel frame.
are provided perpendicularly so as to join two adjacent side surfaces of the hollow block A, and the decorative frame surface 26 is connected to the connecting surfaces 28, 28 so that the cross section of the decorative frame is L-shaped. The frame surface is shaped like a square. Then, on each of the joining surfaces 28, 28, two dovetail grooves 21 on the left and right sides, into which the dovetails 10 provided on the hollow block A can be fitted, are provided on each surface in the same way as in the decorative frame E described above. The decorative frame F can be fixed to the hollow block A by sliding fitting. When a hollow block B with a groove 11 is located at a corner of the panel frame, a decorative corner frame G with a protruding dovetail 22 shown in FIG. 11 is used. The corner decorative frame G has connecting surfaces 28, 28 and a decorative frame surface 26 formed in the same manner as the corner decorative frame F described above, but hollow blocks B are formed on the surfaces of the connecting surfaces 28, 28.
Dovetails 22, 22 that can be fitted into the dovetail grooves 11 are provided on each of the joining surfaces, two on the left and the right, and by slidingly fitting them together, the decorative frame G is fixed to the hollow block B located at the corner. I can do it.

Furthermore, a dovetail groove 20 for mounting the casing is bored on the back side of the joining surface of the decorative frame, and the mosaic panel mounting member 29 is installed in the dovetail groove 20 as shown in FIG. It can be attached to the casing 9 by using this. Note that FIG. 6 shows a - cross-section of FIG. 5 and shows the state in which the tiles are installed.
A claw 19a is provided for engaging with a hole 18 provided in the middle outer surface of the abutment portion 10 or 11, and as shown in FIG.
It is attached to the panel surface to form the panel surface.
