本発明は、高記録密度の記録再生を可能とする垂直磁気

圧力を上げることをせずに、磁気ヘッドと磁気記録媒体
間のスペーシングロスを低くした垂直磁気記録用磁気ヘ

に対する断面はF字型とする。ここで、溝中心の主磁極
部フェライト(凸部)2に励磁コイル3を巻き、その上
に非磁性スライダー4a、 4bに挟まれ非磁性スライ
ダー4aにスパッタ等で作られた主磁極軟磁性薄膜5が
