In order to produce a three-dimensional paper container with upright or steeply sloped sides that intersect with the bottom, the present inventor used a special paper-making device to produce a paper container in a shape that roughly corresponds to the final product. It was proposed that a certain amount of water be removed after this to leave it in a half-dry state, and then completely dried using press molding means and molded into the final shape (Patent Application No. 1986-5).
No. 7575).

Therefore, after the above-mentioned papermaking process, when molding is performed using a molding device consisting of an inner mold and an outer mold that correspond to the shape of the container that is the product to be molded, the sides of the half-dried semi-finished product are slightly longer than the final shape. As shown in Fig. 12 and Fig. 13, a flange-shaped pad (
Press molding was performed with A1) remaining, and after molding, unnecessary parts such as holes had to be removed by secondary processing using a cutter or punching press.

However, in the treatment of the side wall edges of paper containers manufactured as described above, cutting and forming in secondary processing is primarily done by pressing from a direction perpendicular to the surface of the paper, as in the case of punching and handling paperboard, for example. Since cutting cannot be performed, it is necessary to press cut each side of the container (A), which increases the number of manufacturing steps and increases costs. Second, as shown in Figure 14, the paper stock is cut across the length of the paper, so thick materials are cut at the cut end (
The corners of A2) become sharp, and the fiber M layers of the paper stock appear in multiple layers, giving a poor feel and peeling off easily, as well as being unattractive and unsightly, which reduces the product value. This results in a decrease in Furthermore, in order to commercialize the product, it is necessary to cover the cut end with thin paper or apply a coating, which hinders the simplification of the manufacturing process and the reduction of manufacturing costs.

Therefore, the present inventor has devised a molding device that can mold a semi-finished product from which a certain amount of moisture has been removed after paper making without causing any cracks, when paper containers are formed into a shape that substantially corresponds to the paper container. However, since the fibers of the paper stock layer (AO) are intertwined with each other and the molten resin has no fluidity, it is natural that the density of the paper stock material at the end of the side wall is uneven in the product molded by the above method. As a result, stress and strain were generated, resulting in warping, bending, or tearing. Therefore, in order to produce a product by the above-mentioned molding, the paper stock must be evenly and sufficiently spread over the side wall edges of the semi-finished paper product.

In view of the above, it is an object of the present invention to provide a paper-making device that allows the paper stock to spread reliably, uniformly, and efficiently to the end of the side wall portion, and that allows the paper to be formed into a shape that substantially corresponds to the shape of the final product as a whole. It is something.

Further, the paper making apparatus of the second invention is provided with a paper mold in an inverted state whose side surface portion and top surface portion having freeness have a shape substantially corresponding to the product to be paper-formed, and which extends outward from the lower end of the side surface of the paper mold. At the same time, an end forming part having a shape approximately corresponding to the shape of the side wall end of the product to be paper-formed is extended, and the end part is folded upward to create a required gap between it and the side wall part corresponding to the thickness of the product. and is formed to extend to a position slightly above the top surface of the skiving mold, and the upper part of the extension part is engaged with and held at the upper end of the side wall of a holder that covers the lower part of the skiving mold, and a suction means is connected to this holder. It is characterized in that it is provided so that it can be sucked from inside the mold.

[Function] According to the papermaking apparatus of the first invention, water in the paper stock solution is sucked through the paper stock solution and filtered by the suction action when the paper stock solution is lowered and immersed in the paper stock solution. The paper stock layer is firmly attached to the entire surface of the side and top portions of the paper mold. In particular, since the end molding part extends to the lower end of the side surface of the skiving mold, the paper stock layer is reliably attached to the end molding part along the shape, and the paper can be skived while maintaining the suction state. When the mold is raised, there is no fear that the paper stock layer at the end portions will fall off, and the paper stock layer will adhere substantially evenly and sufficiently over the entire circumference, and this adhered paper stock layer can be held securely. become.

Therefore, in this state, the water in the paper stock layer adhering to the surface of the papering mold is further removed, and the semi-finished product, which is now in a half-dried state with a shape that roughly corresponds to the final product at the end of the side wall, is removed from the papering mold. If you separate it and press-form it,
There is no shortage or non-uniformity of the stock layer at the end of the side wall.

Further, according to the papermaking apparatus of the second aspect of the present invention, the inner part of the extension formed from the lower end of the side surface of the papermaking mold upwardly through the end forming part, without moving the papermaking mold up and down. Paper making is carried out by supplying 1ffl of paper stock solution to cover the top of the paper mold, and the paper stock solution supplied in this manner is distributed evenly between the side surface of the paper mold and the extension part. Get into it. Then, the water in the paper stock solution is sucked through the paper mold and drained by the suction action from inside the paper mold, and the remaining paper stock layer reliably adheres to the surfaces of the side and top portions of the paper mold. In particular, as mentioned above, the density of the paper stock layer in this part is made uniform over the entire circumference due to the spacing between the side part and the extension part, and the edge forming part corresponds to the shape of the final product and has sufficient density. Moreover, this adhered paper stock layer can be maintained reliably.

Therefore, the moisture in the paper stock layer adhering to the surface of the mold is further removed, and the semi-finished product, which has a shape that roughly corresponds to the second product, is removed from the mold and processed in the same manner as above. By press-forming, a container product with a predetermined shape can be manufactured without the paper stock layer being insufficient or uneven at the end of the side wall.

First, the paper stock solution (2) is lowered into the paper stock solution tank (1) and is immersed in the paper stock solution (a), which is then suctioned from within the paper stock solution (2). Due to this suction action, water in the stock solution (a) is sucked through the paper mold (2) and filtered, and the paper stock layer is separated from the side surface (2a) and top surface (2) of the paper stock solution (2).
b) Reliably adheres to the surface evenly and uniformly. In particular, since the end forming part (1), which has a shape that approximately corresponds to the side wall end of the product to be paper-formed, extends to the lower end of the side surface of the papermaking die (2),
The paper stock layer will definitely adhere on this end forming part (7), and there is no risk that the paper stock layer at the end will fall off when the papering die (2) is raised while maintaining the suction state. Without,
The paper stock layer can be adhered substantially evenly and sufficiently over the entire circumference, and this adhered paper stock can be reliably held, making it possible to obtain a semi-finished product that substantially corresponds to the shape of the final product. In particular, if the end forming part (7) is curved and extended slightly upwardly as shown in the figure, the paper stock layer (ao) of the end forming part (7)
It is possible to hold the shape in a more uniform and rounded state.

In this papermaking device, an extension part (2) is formed extending upward from the lower end of the side surface of the papermaking die (2) via the end forming part (7), as shown in FIG. 4, without moving it up and down.
Paper making is carried out by supplying the paper stock solution (a) in the amount necessary for container forming into the inner part of the paper mold (2b) so as to immerse the top part (2b) of the paper mold. H(a) is sufficiently inserted evenly between the side part of the skiving mold (2a) and the extension part (9). Then, the moisture in the paper stock solution is sucked through the paper mold (2) by the suction action from inside the paper mold (2) and filtered, and the remaining paper stock layer is absorbed by the side surface (2a) of the paper mold (2). ) and the surface of the top section (2b). In particular, as mentioned above, the distance between the side surface portion (2a) and the extension portion (9) makes the thickness of this portion and the density of the stock layer uniform over the entire circumference, and the end forming portion (1) makes the final product It has a shape corresponding to the shape, has sufficient density, and can reliably hold the adhered stock layer (ao). For example, if the end forming portion (7) is curved as shown in the figure, the end of the paper stock layer (ao) will be rounded.

Therefore, in this state, the moisture in the paper stock layer (ao) adhering to the surface of the papermaking mold (2) is further removed, and the half-dry half has a shape that roughly corresponds to the final product at the end of the side wall. By simply removing the product from the paper mold (2) and press-forming it, the paper stock layer will not be insufficient or uneven at the side wall edge, and the paper stock layer will not be insufficient or uneven at the side wall edge, as shown in FIGS. 7 and 8. A paper container (A) can be obtained.

In particular, when making paper using this device, the necessary amount of paper stock solution is supplied for each paper making, so the concentration of the paper stock solution and the density of the paper stock to be formed are made uniform, resulting in paper of uniform quality. A manufactured container can be obtained. In addition, it becomes possible to easily make multiple layers of paper stock solutions of different materials, and it is also possible to make paper containers with multiple layers of different materials. Furthermore, there is no need for a device to raise and lower the skiving mold, making the equipment easier.

In addition, in any of the above-mentioned papermaking devices, the papermaking mold (2
) can be made of copper, brass, or other relatively fine-mesh wire meshes that have been conventionally used as filtering nets, as well as synthetic wood rB that has a similar drainage effect.
It can also be constructed using netting, net-like cloth, or the like. It is also possible to omit the above-mentioned sieving net and construct the sieving mold with only the inner mold made of a perforated plate, in which case it has many minute suction holes that allow water to pass through but not the fiber components in the paper stock solution. Form it. Of course, it is also possible to implement other configurations that have freeness and are capable of producing paper.

[Effects of the Invention] As described above, according to the paper making apparatus of the present invention, the paper stock layer is substantially evenly and sufficiently adhered to the entire surface of the paper mold, and this adhered paper stock layer is reliably maintained. Not only that, but also the end forming section allows the side wall edges to be scooped into a shape that roughly corresponds to the final product, so just by press forming this, there will be no shortage of paper stock layer at the side wall edges. It is possible to reliably obtain a paper container that does not become uneven, and there is no need to cut the edges through secondary processing.
The number of manufacturing steps is reduced, and manufacturing costs can be reduced. However, the manufactured paper containers do not have sharp corners such as cut edges at the side wall edges, have a clean finish, have an extremely good feel and appearance, and have a uniform paper fiber density. This, together with the excellent strength retention of the side wall end portions, can increase the commercial value of a paper-made integral product whose side walls are substantially upright with respect to the bottom.
