力の評価)
表−1の配合により調製された、各種手指殺菌消毒用洗
浄剤について、殺菌力の測定および使用感、泡立ち、洗
浄後の残存具についての試験を行った。殺菌力の測定法
としては、実際の使用状況に最も即したテスト方法とし
て、拭き取り法を採用した。すなわち、まず被験者の片
方の手のひら(指、爪の間も含む)を“、被験者とは別
の者(以下、試験者という)が、生理食塩水で湿らせた
滅菌ガーゼで1〜2分間拭き取る1次に、試験者が各手
指殺菌消毒用洗浄剤〈実施例品No、1〜No、5およ
び比較例品No、1〜No、5)51Fをとってやり、
被験者は両手を用いて手指全体にこの洗浄剤をひろげた
後に、水をつけて泡立たせて洗浄する。流水で良くすす
いだ後、試験者は被験者の洗浄前に拭き取った方の手と
