The current methods include (a) a method in which the mount and support beam are separated during climbing to allow the mount to climb, and (b) both ends of the support beam can be expanded and contracted to change the length of the support beam. When climbing, there is a method in which the spacing between the support beams is made shorter than the distance between the steel transverse beams, and the pedestal and the support beams are climbed as one unit.

The end of the support beam is connected to an extension beam member, and the length of the support beam is extended by actuation of a hydraulic cylinder to be longer than the spacing between the steel transverse beams, and shorter than the spacing between the steel transverse beams (reduced shortened condition). The extension beam member is made to slide or rotate so that the support beam is always in an extended state and the extension beam member portion is removably connected to the steel cross beam to allow the tower crane to climb. At this time, the connection between the extension beam member of the support beam and the steel cross beam is cut, and the support beam is brought into the shortened state by the operation of a hydraulic cylinder, so that climbing can be performed with the support beam and the frame connected. There is a climbing tower crane.

のクライミング方法にある。The structure of another invention of this application is to extend the extension beam members at both ends of the main beam members of the paired support beams, and extend the extension beam members at both ends of each support beam onto the 91 pairs of steel transverse beams. [1] A pair of support beams are removably connected to the steel transverse beams at a predetermined distance, a frame is removably fixed to the coupled pair of support beams, and the base of the mast is attached to the frame. is removably fixed,
A crane is removably fixed to the top of this mast, and the crane performs lifting work when climbing.
In a tower crane climbing method, the connection between the support beam and the steel cross beam is cut, the extension beam members at both ends of the main beam member of the support beam are shortened, and the tower crane is climbed while the support beam and the frame are connected. Fix a bracket with a hole for a bolt to the upper surface of the steel cross beam on which the extension beam members at both ends of the support beam are placed in an extended state, and then attach the extension beam members at both ends of the support beam that is in an extended state. Place the lower surface on the surface of the bracket, and place a metal fitting with holes for bolts on the upper surface of the extension beam member, insert the bolts into the holes in the metal support and the metal fitting, and attach the extension member with nuts. A climbing method for a climbing tower crane that is removably connected to a steel cross beam.

In order to correspond, the number of beam members to be connected and any one of them
When configuring a main beam member by combining 63 beam members that are adjusted by changing the length of the book, use the azimuth 1- beam member (several beam members with different lengths) as the central beam member. When used, it becomes easy to change the length of the main beam member of the support beam.

The extension beam member can be fixed to the steel cross beam by simply placing the extension beam member on top of the support and placing the metal fittings on the upper surface of the extension beam member, so instead of attaching the metal fittings to the bottom of the steel cross beam, which was done in the conventional method. This eliminates the need for the laborious work of attaching support beams, making it extremely easy to removably connect support beams to steel cross beams.

A frame for fixing the base of the mast of a tower crane is detachably fixed to a plurality of support beams, and the support beams are composed of a main beam member and extension beam members at both ends, An extension beam member is attached to both ends of the beam member so as to be able to slide or rotate, and a hydraulic cylinder whose one end is connected to the main beam member is connected to the extension beam member at the other end, and the length of the support beam is adjusted by the operation of the hydraulic cylinder. The extension beam member is made to slide or rotate so that the extension beam member is in an extended state in which it is extended longer than the spacing between the steel transverse beams and in a contracted state in which it is reduced to be shorter than the spacing between the steel transverse beams. When the support beam is in an extended state and is removably connected to the steel cross beam at its extension beam member, when climbing the tower crane, the connection between the support beam extension beam member and the steel crossbeam is disconnected, and hydraulic pressure is applied. A climbing tower crane equipped with an extendable support beam, characterized in that the support beam is brought into the shortened state by actuation of a cylinder, and climbing can be performed with the frame and the support beam connected. 2. The climbing tower crane equipped with an extendable support beam according to claim 1, wherein the main beam member is a support beam constructed by detachably connecting two or more beam members to each other. 3. Stretch the extension beam members at both ends of the main beam members of a pair of support beams, place the extension beam members at both ends of each support beam on a pair of steel transverse beams, and connect the pair of support beams. The mast is removably connected to the steel cross beams at a predetermined interval, a pedestal is removably fixed to the connected pair of support beams, the base of the mast is removably fixed to the pedestal, and the mast is attached to the top of the mast. When the crane is detachably fixed and the crane is used for lifting work and climbing, the connection between the support beam and the steel transverse beam is broken and the extension beam members at both ends of the main beam member of the support beam are shortened. In a tower crane climbing method in which the support beam and trestle are climbed while connected, a support with holes for bolts is installed on the upper surface of the steel cross beam on which the extension beam members at both ends of the support beam are placed in the extended state. After fixing the hardware, place the lower surface of the extension beam member of the receiving beam in an extended state on the upper surface of the supporter, and place a metal fitting with a hole for a bolt on the upper surface of the extension beam member, A climbing method for a climbing tower crane equipped with an extendable support beam, characterized in that an extension beam member is removably connected to a steel cross beam by passing a bolt through a hole in a support and a nut. 4. Stretch the extension beam members at both ends of the main beam members of the pair of support beams, place the extension beam members at both ends of each support beam on the pair of steel transverse beams, and connect the pair of support beams. The mast is removably connected to the steel cross beams at a predetermined interval, a pedestal is removably fixed to the connected pair of support beams, the base of the mast is removably fixed to the pedestal, and the mast is attached to the top of the mast. When the crane is removably fixed and the crane is used for lifting work and climbing, the connection between the support beam and the steel cross beam is cut, and the extension beam members at both ends of the main beam member of the support beam are shortened. In a tower crane support beam that is climbed with the support beam and pedestal connected together, brackets are protruded approximately horizontally on both sides of the support beam corresponding to the top surface of the support beam that the lower surface of the support part of the pedestal touches. An expandable support beam characterized in that each bracket is provided with a hole through which a bolt for fixing the frame is passed.
