本発明は拡縮軸を用いたスペーサーレススリッターに関
するものである。更に詳しくは近年スリッターのアーバ
ー軸を、軸の外周にスリーブを嵌め込み2重軸とし、そ
の軸とスリーブのスキマに油圧を圧入し、外側のスリー
ブ軸を拡管して外径を大きくし、油田の拡管力によって
カッターを保持し、カッターとカッターの間のスリーブ
をなくしてカッターの位置決め及び固定をしようとする

持されない場合が生じ、軸とカッターが滑る場合が生じ

である。又キー溝は等分に3ケ所設け、軸が三角形のお
むすび形に拡管しカッターに等分に3点当りとなる様に
