The heat insulating partition 30 is composed of two heat insulating partition walls 31 and 31, which are symmetrical about the center line and have an abbreviated cross section with a lower end slanted downward. The heat insulating partition wall 3
1 includes an inner plate 31a and an outer plate 31b arranged with a predetermined gap between them, and a heat insulating gas 32 is sealed in a sealed space between the inner plate 31a and the outer plate 31b. As the heat insulating gas 32, an inert gas having a low thermal conductivity, mainly air, nitrogen, or carbon dioxide gas, is used. Also, instead of the heat insulating gas 32, the sealed space between the inner plate 31a and the outer plate 31b is reduced in pressure! A mesh board 33 is attached to the surface of the heat insulating partition wall 31, which may be insulated by setting it in a vacuum state (r3), to collect sludge, dregs, etc. generated during cooking. It can be attached to and detached from the heat insulating partition M7131 by means of a take-out fitting 34 provided at the upper end thereof. Further, this mesh plate 33 has a raised edge 33a formed by bending the edge inward at an edge corresponding to an edge other than the upper edge of the inner plate 31a. The upright dimension increases toward the lower end, and the structure is such that sludge and the like can be collected. Heat insulating partition wall 3 with mesh plate 33 configured as described above attached
1.31 are symmetrically supported by the support fittings 20a, 20a, 20b, and 20b constituting the support fitting main body 20, and as shown in FIG.
.. The structure allows the upper ends of the cooking chambers 31 to be in close contact with each other, so that the inside of the hot liquid tank 10 (this constitutes the cooking chamber 40).
Flow of the hot liquid inside the hot liquid tank 10 and with other cooking chambers 40 is blocked.
