第1図は従来の組合せ計量機を示す図面で、そ
の計量機本体の円錐状を有する分散テーブル1の
外周に、トラフ2を放射状に多数個配置し、且つ
当該トラフ2の先端下部にプールホツパー3及び
計量ホツパー4を各々配置している。ところが上
記従来の組合せ計量機は、プールホツパー3及び
計量ホツパー4の開閉蓋3a,4aをレバー機構
(図示せず)にて開閉動作させるホツパー駆動部
5を、上記両ホツパー3,4の外側で、且つ上記
計量機本体のフレーム6の外周辺部の上面に設置
しているため、その設置スペース分だけ外方に突
出し、計量機本体の設置寸法が過大になるといつ
た欠点がある。さらに被計量物の附着等により上
記プールホツパー3及び計量ホツパー4を清掃す
る必要があるが、上記駆動部5が外側にあるた
め、その清掃の都度上記駆動部5を取り外さなけ
ればならず、それに要する手間が増大し好ましく
なかつた。

わせる。11は分散テーブル10の外周に放射状

分散テーブル10の下部に、当該分散テーブル1
0に接触しない様位置させている。12は放射ト
ラフ11の先端下部に位置させたプールホツパ
ー、13はプールホツパー12の下部に位置させ
た計量ホツパーで、計量機本前のフレーム14の
外周辺部の上面の所定の間隔を隔てて多数個設置
した計量機構部15の内側に装設している。16
はフレーム14の中央内部に支承した集合シユー
トで、その上端開口部をフレーム14の上面より
若干突出させている。17は放射トラフ11を振
動させる電磁振動装置で、その上面に上記放射ト
ラフ11を分散テーブル10を中心として放射状
に載置する。通常、組合せ計量機は、その分散テ
ーブルの配置中心部、即ち、放射トラフに振動を
附与する電磁振動装置の下方が、その構成上空間
となつて空いている。本考案は上述した空間部分
を有効に活用したもので、上記プールホツパー1
2及び計量ホツパー13の内側の空間部分a内
で、且つ上記フレーム14の上面に、レバー機構
(図示せず)にて上記両ホツパー12,13の開
閉蓋12a,13aを開閉動作させる駆動部18
を、支持脚19及び支持台20等を介して載置さ
せたものである。駆動部18の上面には、上記電
磁振動装置17が載置されると共に、その外周面
の定位置にはプールホツパー12が夫々配置され
ている。この際、上記電磁振動装置17は、その
フイーダベース21を例えば単一の円盤状に形成
し、その上面の外周辺部に、上記放射トラフ11
を電磁フイーダ及び板バネ等を介して載置し、上
記電磁振動装置17を薄型状に形成する。これに
より、上記空間部分aがより広く活用でき、駆動
部18の設置が頗る容易となる。そして、上記構
成からなる組合せ計量機の分散テーブル10上
に、被計量物を投入すると、上記被計量物は図示
しない電磁振動装置のねじり往復振動による遠心
力により、螺旋状往復振動している分散テーブル
10の円錐面から外周方向へ向つて適量づつ放射
状に突出され、放射トラフ11に供給される。上
記放射トラフ11内に供給された被計量物は電磁
振動装置17の直線往復振動により、傾斜直線状
往復振動している放射トラフ11内を第2図矢印
方向に向つて搬送され、先端部からプールホツパ
ー12内に投入される。さらに、プールホツパー
12内に投入された被計量物は計量ホツパー13
へ投入された計量機構部15にて計量される。そ
して各計量機構部15毎に計量された被計量物の
重量値の組合せ演算を電子回路で行ない所定重量
に等しい又はそれに最も近い重量の組合せが選択
され、該組合せに該当する計量ホツパー13の開
閉蓋13aが駆動部18のレバー機構により開閉
動作され、下方の集合シユート16内に被計量物
が排出投入され、更に図示しないバケツトコンベ
アーに収集されたり、或いはタイミングホツパー
を介して包装機に投入される。
