ないいわゆる半自動梱包機でも略同様のバンドコ
イルが本体端縁あるいは下方に保持されている。

り一般に本体4のサイズは高さ200mm〜300mm、幅
450mm、奥行き350mm程度と小さく、この本体4に

するバンドコイルを取付ると全幅が800mm弱にな
りこれを机上に載置したときに床面からの高さが
750mm程度になるようにして使用されている。す

た。従つて、本来の卓上用梱包機として小型化す
べく出願人において先ず梱包機本体をコンパクト
化するため技術的に改良を重ねた結果ある程度の
成果が得られたが、前記バンドコイルの形状等は
バンドメーカーにより標準化されているためバン
ドコイル1、このバンドコイル1を挾持するサー
キユラプレート2,2、このサーキユラプレート
2,2を支持する支持杆3から成る部分は小型化
できず、従つてこれを折角コンパクト化した上記
本体に取付ることによりコンパクト化の意味をな
さなくなり、また、これを本体に取付けること自
体が不可能あるいは取り付けた場合には全体とし
て極めてアンバランスなものになり、バンドコイ
ルが卓上用梱包機の小型化の限界を画していた。 そこでバンドコイルを小型化するため、外径の
小さい細長円筒状にバンドを巻いたバンドコイル
にすることが考えられるが、これでは外径が短い
ためバンドコイルから巻き戻し取り出されたバン

単にすると共に必要充分な長さの単価の低廉なバ
ンドコイルをユーザーが随時購入できるようにす
ることにある。

を説明する。 第1図に於て、10は本発明に係るバンドコイ
ルで、一連の帯状ポリプロピレンバンドを幅方向
で単層に巻いて円盤状を成すバンドのコイルを形
成してありバンド全長は略100m、外径は後述本
体底面の面積に合わせて略22cm、重量は約250Kg
である。11は収納体で前記バンドのコイルの全

幅よりやや厚い収納部12を形成し、プラスチツ
ク成型あるいは板紙を適宜折り畳んで箱状に形成
する。 この収納体11は第2図に示すように袋状に形
成することも可能である。13はバンドの出口で
収納体11の側面14にバンドの厚みよりやや広
めの溝を適宜長さ切欠いて形成し該出口13より
バンド先端側を指先でつまめる程度の長さ突出さ
せている。尚、第1図において、15は芯体で収
納体11と同様プラスチツクまたは紙で円盤状に
成型されており、バンドコイル10の中央中空部
を芯体15に嵌装しバンドコイルの外径と収納体
側面間に余裕が有りすぎるときなど、バンドコイ
ルのバンド引き出し時に於ける回転をより円滑に
するため収納部11の中央に突設されている。ま
た、16,16は、ガイドピンで、収納部12の
出口13近傍にバンド厚み分よりやや広めの間隙
を介して立設され、コイルのバンドを引き出し端
と収納体11の出口13間で90゜湾曲させるため、
又バンド引き出し時にバンドが出口13の幅方向
でむやみに移動しないようにするため前記芯体1

縁に固着されている。 第4図は、上記バンドコイル10の使用状態を

体20底面に水平に載置され、収納体11の出口
13より所望量引き出したバンド先端は卓上用梱
包機本体20のバンド挿入口21へ挿入され、卓
上用梱包機本体20内のバンド給送、引締機構を
為す図示せざるローラを介して、卓上用梱包機本
体20上の作業テーブル上面23から外部へ送り
出される。 本発明の実施例は以上のように構成され、次に
その作用について説明する。 上述のように、卓上用梱包機本体20の底面2
2下方に固着されたガイド24内に嵌挿載置され
たバンドコイル10の収納体11の出口13から
突出しているバンドの先端を卓上用梱包機本体2
