Architectural decorative bodies generally have an external shape that creates an aesthetic appearance, and are configured by forming a connecting part on the outer peripheral surface that can be connected to other decorative bodies. They are used by connecting an appropriate number of them on the left and right sides and placing them in various architectural frames having wide spaces such as partitions, gates, and balconies.

In the case of such decorative bodies, they are constructed so that they can be connected firmly so that even if a large number of them are connected in a wide space within the architectural frame, there will be no loosening or bending. In many cases, too much emphasis is placed on sex, and the aesthetic appearance, which is the original purpose of the decoration, is lost.

For example, FIG. 1 shows a conventionally known decorative body.To briefly explain its structure, a rectangular decorative body 10 that creates an aesthetic appearance is formed with connecting portions 11 at the center of each side on the outer circumferential surface of the decorative body 10. A through hole 12 is formed in the side wall surface of the connecting part 11 so as to face the connecting part 11' of the adjacent decorative body 10', and penetrates from the inner peripheral surface side A to the outer peripheral surface side B.

The method of connecting the decorative body 10 is as shown in, for example, Japanese Utility Model Application Publication No. 55-130909.
Hammer the spring pin 13 into the interior from the inner peripheral side A using a hammer or the like to about half of the total length as shown in the figure, and then fix the connecting part 11 in contact with the other decorative body connecting part 11'. After that, the connector 13 is press-fitted into the through hole 12' of the other decorative body connector 11' using pliers or the like to fix both.

In the case of such a known decorative body 10, the through hole 12 of the connecting portion 11 opens outward from the inner peripheral surface side A, and the spring pin 13 also looks through the opening of the through hole 12. Due to the structure, although it is a decorative body that creates an aesthetic appearance, the above-mentioned connection method is poor, and the aesthetic appearance has been greatly impaired.

Further, as a connection method that does not use the spring pin, for example, as shown in Utility Model Publication No. 37-12675,
Protrusions and recesses into which the protrusions are fitted are provided at opposing positions on both sides of the connecting portion, and the connection is achieved by fitting the two.

Although this connection method improves the appearance because the recessed hole does not open outward from the inner circumferential surface side, simply fitting the protrusion and the recessed hole inevitably causes looseness.
Not only cannot they be firmly connected, but also because the protrusions protrude from the outer surface of the decorative body itself, the protrusions are likely to break during transportation to the site.

In view of the drawbacks of the prior art, the present invention aims to provide an architectural decoration that can be firmly fixed to each other without impairing the aesthetic appearance. on the outer surface of the body,
forming connecting portions at symmetrical positions facing adjacent decorative bodies, and drilling a press-fit hole into which a spring pin can be press-fitted from the outer peripheral surface side of the connecting portion;
Each of the press-fit holes is set to be at least 1/2 or more of the length of the spring pin, but not penetrated to the inner circumferential surface of the connecting portion.

以下図面に基づいて本考案を説明する。 The present invention will be explained below based on the drawings.

Reference numeral 1 denotes a substantially rectangular architectural decorative body having each side expanded outward in a symmetrical shape and having a gently mountain-shaped top 1a. A rectangular connecting portion 2 is formed by protruding outwardly. The connecting portion 2 has a wall thickness that is approximately 1/2 or more of the total length of a spring pin 3 to be described later, and a press-fit hole 4 is bored in the outer circumferential side B end surface 2a corresponding to the connecting portion 2 of the adjacent decorative body. .

To explain the shape of the press-fit hole 4 in detail, the press-fit hole 4 is formed so that its diameter is slightly smaller than the diameter of the spring pin 3 so that the spring pin 3 can be press-fitted therein, and the press-fit hole 4 is formed so that the spring pin 3 can be press-fitted therein. A recessed hole (non-penetrating hole) is formed without penetrating the spring pin 3, and the hole is bored so that the depth to the inner end thereof is at least 1/2 or more of the total length of the spring pin 3.

In addition, two or more press-fit holes 4 are provided on the top and bottom or left and right sides of the connecting part 2 in order to ensure strength so that rotation etc. do not occur when connecting with another decorative body 1 via the spring pin 3. We are trying to maintain this.

First, each of the connecting portions 2 is inserted using a known press-fitting jig.
Press fit the spring pin 3 into the press fit hole 4 until it reaches the back end of the press fit hole 4. At this time, since the press-fit hole 4 has a depth of more than 1/2 of the total length of the spring pin 3,
Due to the press-fitting, the spring pin 3 is buried to more than half of its total length.

Next, one connecting part 2 of the decorative body 1 into which the spring pin 3 was press-fitted and the connecting part 2' of the other decorative body 1' corresponding to the connecting part 2 are connected so that the press-fit holes 4, 4' are facing each other. After positioning the connecting parts 2, 2', the outer circumferential side B end faces 2a,
2a' are in complete contact with each other, and both 1 and 1' are completely connected via the spring pin 3.

The decorative bodies 1, 1' connected in this way are connected to each other by connecting end surfaces 2a, 2a, 2a, 2b, 2a, 2a, 2a, 2a, 2a, 2a, 2a, 2a and 2b are being connected to each other.
Since the contact between 2a' and 2a' is completely hidden, the press-fit hole 4 and spring pin 3 are not visible from the outside, giving the impression that the decorative bodies 1 and 1' are integrally formed, creating an aesthetic appearance. This results in the formation of a decorative body connecting plate that is extremely desirable.

Moreover, the connection between the decorative bodies 1 and 1' is 1 or 2.
Since the spring pins 3 are extremely firmly connected, there is no possibility of loosening or bending.

As described above, according to the present invention, even if the decorative bodies are connected vertically or horizontally, the connectors attached to the connecting parts of the decorative bodies and the holes for attaching the connectors are not exposed to the outside at all. Therefore, it is possible to form a decorative body connecting plate that is extremely aesthetically pleasing.

In addition, since the spring pin is attached at the site, the protrusion part will not break during transportation to the site, and even if the spring pin is attached before transportation, the spring pin itself will not break. Since it has elasticity, the projection part will not break during transportation to the site.

In addition, in this invention, each press-fit hole drilled from the outer circumferential side of the connecting part is set to at least 1/2 or more of the length of the spring pin, so the end faces of the connecting part are in complete contact with each other, and the spring pin is completely exposed to the outside. The two are completely connected in a hidden state, further improving the aesthetic appearance.

According to this embodiment, the connecting portion is formed so as to protrude outward; however, the present invention is not limited to this. In any case, these shapes are determined by the balance with the aesthetic appearance of the decorative body.
