【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は岩綿などの鉱物質繊維や軟質繊維など
でできた天井材に関する。

従来の天井材イは第1図に示すように板体の表
面にトラバーチン柄と称する非貫通の虫喰い模様
ロを刻設したものが一般的であつた。そして、こ
の天井材イは丸網抄造機によつて抄造されるため
に板厚を厚く成形することができないので高吸音
でしかも断熱性の大なる板をつくることができな
かつた。

本考案は以上の実情に鑑みてなされたもので、
その目的とするところは下層に凹部を設けた繊維
板を配設し且つ、この繊維板の凹部を被装するよ
うにして上層の繊維板を積層固着するとともに上
層の繊維板表面から刻設した模様状の凹所が下層
の繊維板にまで至つて高吸音でしかも断熱性の大
なる天井材を提供するにある。

さを下層の繊維板2の凹部1の深さよりも浅く留
めた天井材である。

固着しているので上層と下層との間に中空部が形
成されるのでより吸音性、断熱性が向上する。
又、上層の繊維板表面から刻設される凹所が下層
の繊維板にまで至るとともに、その深さが下層の
繊維板の凹部の深さよりも浅く留められているの
でこの凹部が模様として表面側に現出しデザイン
的にも良好となる。さらに、上層の繊維板の彫り
を深くすることができるので立体的である。
