Abstract

PURPOSE:To give a feeling of satisfaction to the aged or the like using an elevator by installing an observation part, making the upper part of a lifting passage higher than the rooftop of a house and forming the partial side wall into a transparent window, and also installing another transparent window for seeing an exterior from the window of the observation part. CONSTITUTION:In the case where an elevator is used because the inmates of a house intend to see an exterior, they get into a cage 6 which goes up to an observation part 8. With this lifting, they can observe the exterior through a transparent window 7 of the cage 6 and another transparent window 9 of the observation part 8. If chairs and so on are brought into the cage 6 and thereby observation takes place with a leisurely mood, a sentiment is softened and a feeling of satisfaction is securable. In addition, since it is situated in a higher position than the rooftop of a house 1, not only an observable sight is expandable but also incident sunlight is very good and sunbath is thus enjoy able.

階や３階の上階に設けることが提案され、その安全確保
のため、ホームエレベータ−を据え付けることが提案さ
れ、一部実用されている。（特開昭６２−２６３７０号
公報）〔発明が解決しようとする課題〕上記提案されたホームエレベータ−として、外部を眺め
ることのできるエレベータ−の要望が高く、かつ、個人
的に使用できるエレベータ−としての観点から、高い位
置から外景、自分の敷地をのんびりと眺めたい、かごを
日の当たる位置に停止させ日光浴をしたい等の要望もあ
