学表面検査機(4)を通して表面欠陥を記録し、次にブ
ライドルロール(5)、カッター(7)、ピンチロール
(8)及びループピッ1〜(12)を順次通して金属条
(ao)をスリッターした後、張力発生装置(9)を通
してリコイラー(10)に巻取っている。アンコイラ−
(1)、ブライドルロール(5)、カッター(7)及び
ピンチロール(8)での金属条繰出走行制御は、ループ
ピット(12)内で金属条(ao)が他に接触しないよ

トによって脱脂槽内の金属条を停止させることなく低速
走行させて金属条をアキュームレート内にアキュームさ
せ、再検査テーブル上で欠陥部の処置が完了したときブ
ライドルロール以降を再起動させると共に、アンコイラ
−を定常状態まで加速することを特徴とするものである
