【考案の詳細な説明】 産業上の利用分野 本考案は、各種接着テープ類を装着して使用す
るテープホルダー用のカツター組立体に関するも
のである。

ール及びテープ切断用のカツターを備えたテープ

のテープホルダーに取りつけられたカツターはい
ずれも、例えば実開昭49−30390号公報に記載さ
れるように、金属平板の先端を波型に切り欠いて
歯を形成したものであり、変形し易く、また切断
力に欠けるため、接着テープの種類によつてはテ
ープを不当に伸長しないと鋭利な切断ができなか
つたり、あるいはテープに筋が入るなどの欠点が
あつた。

は、切断刃として、直線上の幅面が三角形の波型
凹凸状をなしており、三角形の先端部に針状のバ
リ刃を造成し、左右山形等辺部に副バリ刃を造成
した刃型を有するものが開示されるが、バリ刃の
均一な形成は因難なだけでなく、刃先に直立して
バリ刃が存在するこのような切断刃が通常のテー
プホルダーに装着して使用できるものでもない。

考案の構成 本考案のカツター組立体は、第1図及び第4図
に示す例の如く、1cm当たり4〜10個の凹凸を有
する金属製の波板1を当該凹凸に直交する線に沿
つて斜めに研磨又は切断して波形の歯2を形成し
た歯板3をホルダー4に固定したものであつて、
ホルダー4が前板5と後板6の間に歯板3を保持
するものであり、前板5の上端から波形の歯2が
突出しており、かつ後板6の上方が歯板3との間
に溝7を形成するように曲げられた後、更に、断
面形状が逆U字型又はJ字型となり、後板6の上
端の山形部分8が波形の歯2の先端とほぼ同じ高
さとなるように曲げられていることを特徴とする
ものである。

度が強く簡単に変形することなく耐久性があり、

して波形の歯2に形成されているため(第2図及
び第3図参照)、歯2の先端角度が歯の密度すな
わて凹凸密度の割に非常に鋭利に形成でき、どの
ような接着テープ13をも正確に切断できるもの
となる。更に、歯板3は歯2を突出した状態でホ
ルダー4の前板5と後板6の間に安定して保持さ
れ、しかも後板6は歯板3から一定間隔をあけて
歯2の先端とほぼ同一高さ(好ましくは歯2の先
端より若干高く)に安定した山形部分8を有する
ため、不用意に歯2の部分に手を触れても傷つき
難く、またこの山形部分8を支点として歯2で効
率よくテープ13を切断できるので、切断時にテ
ープ13が傷ついたり、伸長したりすることがな
い。

定して切断できる。なお、歯2の後方に、歯板3
のホルダー4の一部として歯2の先端とほぼ同一
高さの山形部分8が形成されているため、この山
形部分8を支点としてテープを切断し易く、本考
案のカツター組立体ではテープを不当に伸長した
り傷つけたりすることなく非常に効率よくテープ
を正確に切断できる。
